Очень приятный чистый стильный отель, расположение идеальное, особенно если вам нужно на автовокзал. Понравилось практически все. Видно что к управлению отелем подходят с любовью и огромным вниманием.
Из минусов, то что при выселении вместо того чтобы вернуть депозит 25$, наоборот, вычли дополнительно 65$. После письма в службу поддержки исправили, но все равно осадочек остался.

Cute place, but seemed like walking through a maze to get to our room. Elevators could use an upgrade. Our airport shuttle driver was very helpful, offered to take us to a local taco eatery when we arrived at 1am. Hotel has a very old town, elegant vibe, would definitely stay here again.

First of all always had trouble with the card key for the door kept deprograming and the air conditioner did not work could not turn down the heat told front desk

The hotel & property are beautiful, but a little dated. The bathroom didnt have an exhaust fan, so it stayed warm & humid for hours after use. The hotel staff was very friendly, but no one seemed to man the bar and no extra pillows were available.

The hotel is beautiful and has some history. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean. The bed was super comfortable. It was a great location. The only two issues were that the room smelled old and musty and the water did not get hot.

Lobby and entrance is nice. Room was clean, the issue I had the carpet is old and dirty. We also noticed air vents are very dirty inside. I was getting sick I had to buy medicine for cold symptoms. We almost didn't go to the wedding because of how My sister and I were feeling. We turned off the AC and we a little better. It was disclosed when I booked that there is a $100 deposit "for incidents " and you won't get it back until 7-14 days after check out. I won't stay there again.

I’ll start with the good stuff: Great location, if you are visiting McAllen you should
consider this property. Staff is very nice, bartenders are great, as a side bar the coffee place across the street is great. Things I didn’t like: Housekeeping is on demand only but they only give you two towels. Housekeeping service was poor (we found old clothes from a prior guest between the bed and nightstand) and the doors to the parking garage would always get stuck. Also there is a lot of glass in the parking garage. The restaurant is okay but there are much better options close by. Maybe we were just too nice about everything, we didn’t really complain since it was the holidays. The rooms are kind of small but if you are there for business this property would be a solid choice.
