Some lights didnt work, clean room overall my small special request was not done.

I’m familiar with the are and was happy with the easy access to the freeway. However, side street hosted late night speed racing too loud for sleeping. Nice constant drip under the sink was just an added sprinkle of fun. Earplugs came in handy 2nd night. Shame considering it is a nice looking hotel.

The worst experience ever. I've arrived at 7 PM to check-in and the front desk lady literally told me... I'm so sorry but you cannot check in because we don't have electricity as a result of rain (altough other hotels were capable of having electricity since they have power generators that prevent this to happen).
The front desk lady offered me a refund, but I declined it since I didn't have an option of staying at that time of the night and everything nearby the city was completely booked.
After rude words from that lady (who literally said to me to sleep on the parking lot with my family while laughing), I requested to speak with her manager, who offered me a lower quality room, without A/C and a broken TV in a partner hotel. I didn't have any other option to take it, but asked for a refund of the corresponding amount that was already paid (which they never refunded me, as of today)
I lost time, money and was offended while doing this small trip with my family. I will never stay in this hotel chain again.
