Seems that ******* customers are assigned to the noisiest part of the resort.
******* .ca misled us on information about our original resort selection, Cabo de Oro by stating it had no elevators, when in fact it does. This mistake cost us at least a $ 1000.00 .

The studio was large and very open concept. I have stayed at this Hotel quite a few times in the past and probably will not again. I remember them remodeling this section years ago but it is in need of lots of repair already. It even seemed like part of the furniture was missing. Door key not working properly. Overall condition just not up to the price paid.

nice property close to everything and very clean just didn’t like how the staff was on you for any little thing if they saw you even walking with a beer in your hand near the pool they were already on you to throw it away if you hang a towel on the balcony they are immediately calling your room multiple times they don’t have on site parking either you have to park pretty far away from the property .

I definitely will never stay at this place again. The room that we got was in poor condition. The bathroom room door wouldn't lock. The front door wouldn't lock unless maneuvered a certain way. My request for a room change fell on deaf ears.
