No hot water… nobody came to clean the room.
We called reception asking for clean towels and nobody showed up.
The restaurant manager was
Rude.
Ulises the server, was the only good person taking care of us. He did an amazing job, very attentive

No hot water for several days. Room was covered with mold. Everything in room was in horrible condition will never stay here again!

I like that its in a quiet zone. I did not like that they only cleaned the room once in 4 days that we were there.

I like the swimming pool and that I can walk along the beach. What I didn’t like was the food from the restaurant. People from the hotel was very friendly.

The made me feel like im poor condition person because i dont buy a membership with the hotel. 4 hours of my time in that situation. Some people dont follow the rules with the speakers. Elevators always slow and bussy in the 1 floor.

Great food in the restaurant. People are friendly. Room is ok. Lots of outdoor noise. Cars people etc.
