Alweer een super weekje in het alpine hideaway hotel. De bedden zijn in orde, het ontbijt geen opmerkingen en het avond eten blijft een van de beste van de regio. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Voor de deur stopt de bus en deze brengt je naar het skigebied. Dit hotel staaltje rust en ontspanning uit, de wellness is behoorlijk.

Kamers zijn goed, zuiver. Eten is goed verzorgd en gevarieerd. Personeel is vriendelijk, chaotisch en nogal onervaren. Service bij de balie is vriendelijk, tot zich een probleem voordoet. Dan is in dit hotel niemand in huis. Van 4* hotel mag je wel iets meer verwachten. Reeds 3x hier geweest, tevens de laatste keer.

Zeer mooi ingericht hotel met mooie accenten. Ruime en nette kamers, wij hadden er eentje met terras en zicht op de prachtige bergen. Alles was voorzien in de kamer : badjas, zwemhanddoeken, slippers, paraplu, dagrugzakje, strandrugzakje voor in de wellness , water, kluisje, ruime kleerkast met licht De kamers zijn zeer netjes en je hoort geen of weinig burenlawaai. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met lokale en bio producten, halfpension met elke dag een lekker 5 gangen diner, zeer mooi opgediend. Personeel en onthaal was super vriendelijk en attent. Zwembad (binnen en buiten verwarmd) en wellness ( verschillende sauna’s) zijn ook echt leuk om na een lange bergwandeling even te ontspannen. Prachtig gelegen en perfecte uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen. We hebben er van genoten!

Incredible service and amazing food. It is on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth the stay.

This is possibly the best half board hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything without exception was perfect. Our room, the staff, the bar, the wellness centre, and wow, the food. We loved it and if we come back back to Mayrhofen this is where we would stay. We Cant fault it. Perfection! Thank you for making the few days we had with so fabulous.

We have spend our Chris**as holidays for several years now in the Alpine Hideaway Zillertalerhof. This is in many ways a top of the bill Hotel. All the rooms, restaurant, bar, and pool/wellness area are beautifully and modernly designed decorated. Especially around Chris**as the a**osphere is wonderfull and gives you a special feeling during your stay. Every year all the staff makes you feel welcome and at home. All this a**osphere accompanied with a culinary greatness in the morning with the breakfast but especially in the evening. Every day a five course dining with great quality, the same experience we have with Michelin star dining restaurants in the Netherlands. All day is a wonderfull experience for adults but also for our children. The hotel is located near the cosy and great city center of Mayrhofen and you can walk to the cabin lifts which take you to a great ski-area. We have spent many holidays in 5* hotels, but this hotel is in many ways a true 5* experience!!

My Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights . We was welcomed by Julian on reception with a welcome drink . The staff here treat you with the u**ost care and are so attentive to all of your needs . The dining options are outstanding with a great range of breakfast foods and eggs made to order and bought to your table . The 5 course dinner in the evening is of the highest standard . The Spa/Pool area is first class with drinks service . All of the staff are so friendly , we felt so welcomed in our 2 days spent here . Everything here is first class and the decor is beautiful. PS The little Chihuahua is adorable

Constant theft from the sauna / pool area so beware. There are other hotels in Mayrhofen to stay in with a pool/sauna, so look around. Lack of staff care and clarity. Myself and other people had items stolen. The staff didn't seem to care and then have the audacity to charge for the robes that were stolen once you've left the country. No mention of this was made when going up to reception in swimshorts despite telling them someone had taken my robe and room care etc. They wait until you are flying home to charge the card. A similar situation happened where someone else had shoes, robe and wallet stolen. CCTV was apparently not on at the time. This person also got charged £50+ for the hotel robe.

We have been staying here for more than a week and each day I m grateful to each and everyone here at the hotel. The facilities are excellent and the food deserves a Micheline star. Some small nice touches make your stay here a real treat. I usually visit around a dozen hotels per year and this one will definitely be on my Top five list.
