大浴場と露天風呂二種類あって、どれも気持ち良かったです。お風呂から出た後の蛇口から出るオレンジジュースが見にしみる美味しさでした。四連休明けだったので、人もそんなに多くなく、ゆっくり過ごせました。食事も美味しかったし、部屋にマッサージ機があって、周り疲れた後にはいいですねー

We wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

Hotel has some distance from the main Dogo mall but it has shuttle bus running every 10 mins from 3-10. Hotel itself is very clean and most of the staff were so friendly and carried traditional Japanese good manner.
My room is Japanese style and I love it. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was abundant, delicious and presented nicely. The staff named Itsuki Deguchi who took care my check in and dining service did a good job worthy to receive compliments.
Onsen was clean and very nice.
Will stay again next time

離道後溫泉街有一小段距離，但飯店接駁車很可愛也很頻繁，飯後散步往返也都很愜意，其餘飯店服務、泡湯設施、住宿環境超優👍

とにかくサービスが良かったです。
バスでの送迎、蛇口ジュース、朝ごはんバイキング、アルコール飲み放題おつまみ食べ放題の部屋。どれも最高でした。
旅館の方も丁寧な接客で気持ちが良かったです。

道後温泉駅から少々離れているのでアクセスを心配していましたがレトロなシャトルバスが10分間隔で運転していたのでスムーズに移動できました。 50年近く前に建てられたホテルだけど温泉などはリニューアルをして楽しませていただきました。スタッフの方々も気持ちの良い応対でした。 道後温泉駅前に道後プリンスホテルラウンジがあり無料の手荷物用ロッカーがありますが時間帯によってはいっぱいで使用できない場合があります。（近くに観光案内所があり500円で預かってもらいました）

ホテル内の無料ラウンジでゆっくりでき、お料理もとても良く、シャトルバス利用で道後温泉本館やその周辺の商店街までのアクセスが便利だったから

温泉が内湯・露天と2タイプあり混雑状況に合わせて空いた側に入ればゆっくり出来ました。
また、有料ですが家族風呂もあり用途に合わせて使い分けれました。
子供が遊べるボールポールがあったりフリードリンクスペースには愛媛名物の蛇口を捻ると出るオレンジジュースも無料でありました。
(蛇口の場所が少し下品ですが…笑)
また、ホテルと駅までシャトルバスが常時走っており移動にも困りませんでした。
機会があればまた利用させて頂きます。
