The hotel is right next to the train station which made it very convenient. In addition, it’s within walking distance to the attractions.
The room is clean and quiet. Japanese breakfast was included and it was tasty. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is very good close to train station and bus station across the street. Also, provide breakfast and free drink. It really value for money even the room is small but don’t usually stay at hotel all day so it’s ok.

場所は駅前で便利。フロントスタッフもとても親切で安心感があります。室内は狭いですが、見えるところは綺麗に清掃されています。シャワーカーテンが臭うこともなく快適。ヒーターの効きも良く、真冬でも室内は暖かく過ごす事が出来ました。
ただ、蛇口ハンドルに水をかけるとその下にあった黒い汚れが流れ出てゾッとしました。お掃除スタッフの目線と部屋を使用する側の目線が違うので、バスタブに入ると見えるシンク下の溝の黒ずみなども時々チェックして欲しいと思ってしまいました。格安で泊まれ、朝食も美味しかったので、また利用はしたいと思います。

【清潔度】客室を見る限り、たいへん綺麗に掃除されていました。快適です。
【ロケーション】JR松本駅の東側改札出て目の前にあります。抜群の立地の良さです。
【サービス・アメニティ】エントランスのアメニティサービスや無料の朝食等、細やかにサービスが充実していたと感じます。

松本站步行約一分鐘路程，對面就係去上高地嘅巴士站，出行非常方便！距離松本城只係行大概十分鐘左右。有免費早餐提供房間乾淨整潔👍 早去嘅話可以去佢哋旗下酒店嘅五星級溫泉酒店浸温鼻，性價比非常高！

松本駅のロータリーに出たら、2分以内で到着であるのと、朝食は9:30までOKで、遅めに行くと空いていて、ゆっくり、しっかりと食べられた。
急遽、ビジネスで予約して、しかも格安だったので、再度利用する候補。
また、たまたま、創業記念か何かでくじ引きをやっていたが、はずれなのに、地元の日本酒の小瓶がもらえた。ラッキーだった。
