我們2023年12月6日晚上入住，之後出門吃宵夜，兩位前台老爺爺的服務非常非常好，耐心地給我們指路，約車和留夜門。最後因為第二天我們住別家，但一大早出發去玩了，所以行李寄存在了這家酒店，晚上回來非常晚，直接去了另外預訂的入住酒店，因為約了第二家酒店的晚餐時間。老爺爺竟然幫我們把行李送到了這家新入住的酒店，我們三間房的行李有五件，真的太感謝了，讓我們也沒有錯過後麪這家酒店預約入住酒店的餐食和活動。真的萬分感激，感受到了日本的服務精神。但並不是所有入住酒店都有這個感受，所以特此來點評這一條。謝謝當班的老爺爺們！

この度はお世話になりました。スタッフの対応が良くて、特に男性の対応が非常によかったです。売店で売ってるお刺身もとてもおいしかったです。屋上の夕日スポットは時期のせいなのか建物が邪魔して残念な感じでしたが、朝早くすごく綺麗にみえました！部屋もリノベーションしており、海外にいるような感覚になりゆっくり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

湖側のホテルとなっていたので楽しみにしてましたが反対側だったので残念でした。
お風呂がもう少し広いのを期待していました。
サービスはとても良かったです。
スタッフさんはみんな感じが良くて次も行きたいなって思いました
ご飯も美味しかったです

室内が新しく綺麗で、大変満足しました。
エアコンの音が少し大きくて気になったのと、
浴室に小物をおける棚があったらいいなというのと、
シャワーの水圧が低いことが気になりました。

温泉、食事、部屋、ロケーション、清潔感等に満足しています。
建物は新しくはないのですが、リノベーションやお手入れもよく、料金等は、良心的。また、行きたいです。

チェックインからアウトまで不満だらけのホテルでした。まず大浴場を日帰り温泉として一般開放しておりその受付とホテルのチェックインが同じフロントの為、混雑。狭いロビーでは日帰り風呂の順番待ちの人で溢れている。バタバタとチェックインを済ませるとアメニティセットを手渡された。普通ロビーでお茶と茶菓子有るよね？スーツケース運んでくれたりするのでは？ 大浴場からはヘルパーさんらしき人に支えられて高齢者が次々と出て来る。デイサービスか？と心配。この後に入浴するわけ？ 脱衣場は小さなゴミが沢山落ちていて近くに有るモップで掃除した。温泉を売りにしてるとは思えない。夕食は指定の時刻に行ったにもかかわらず 準備中でレストランの入り口で待機。準備が整えば係りのおばさんが大きな声で部屋番号を叫ぶ。一昔前の回転ずし店の待合のよう。料理内容は修学旅行のチョイ上。部屋のトイレは水圧が低く20秒レバーを押す。レバーは便座の真後ろ。しかも低い。押し入れの天井に板が一部外れていた。ちょっと怖い。 系列ホテルの温泉にも入れるようだがフロントで案内も無し。 とにかくおもてなし精神ゼロ。最近はビジネスホテルのサービス向上がめざましいだけに落胆も大きい。 以上、これで二人で45000円程払った。いくらGWとは言え到底価格に見合わない。

使わないとは言え、ベランダが汚くかんじ、窓を開けるのをためらうくらいでした。

玉造温泉のお湯はとても良く肌はすべすべになりました。
ホテルは老舗だと思いますが全体的に古さを感じます。
