It was very good experience by Hotel Sheetal i like the property and the entrior the staff are very polite and calm good i like the location for travel tample are very near and the food is also good highly recommend..........................

Room service is poor, break fast is not good taste also limited choice, we have complaint to hotel but no result

Foul smell in the room and the restaurant, mosquitoes, windows and ac as if never cleaned and non-cooperative staff. Limited complimentary breakfast. I had to stay in mathura for four days but i left this hotel after two days. Pathetic. The owner makes money but doesn't maintain it.

Stay was excellent. All the hotel staff was also co operation and good behavior. Room service, house keeping everything was fantastic and i got the hotel through the make my trip app.

Location is a massive plus point. We stayed there only for a night so have no clue about food. The rooms were a little unclean, and quite different from the ones shown in the photos. Staff was polite

Overall good stay, nice food, staff behaviour is good. I got early check-in in this hotel which is more comfortable to me

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. it is approximately 10-12 min walk. The rooms are quite ok with decent in size for couple & One child. Although Toilets need to be cleaner. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel provides good breakfast. The hotel building is older one, renovation require. The Staff is co-operative.

The stay was very good. The place is near to important religious points in mathura with good public transport facilities to other important places. The rooms are spacious enough and cleanliness is maintained properly.

Location is excellent since it is easily accessible. Food quality is poor. Staff is very rude and not at all bothered about their services. They do not take note of your concerns. Hotel can be best if staff and their attitude can change.
