Best place to stay in less price

The staff here are friendly, and accommodating. The front desk host from Winnipeg, you were wonderful and welcoming! She made our stay easy, adjusted our late check out with no problems, and helped us get laundry done early despite their own hotel laundry duties. The staff earned every star I gave the Nova Inn, Inuvik. Bed was comfortable, room clean but the whole hotel is a bit rough around the edges, which for us is no problem. Air conditioner in room. No free breakfast. Coffee only. But Nova Inn direct website doesn’t advertise a breakfast included. However, where the restaurant used to be, you have a microwave, toaster, and a guest freezer for food storage and dining tables. I have a feeling this staff would do what they could to help you out when needed. This hotel is basically beside the Western Arctic Visitor Centre. I would stay here again Thank you Nova Staff!

It was worst nigh**are for us in Hotel Novan Inn. We attended a wedding ceremony and the arrangements,staff were all pathetic. No AC working, No Cleanliness , Often light will go and to your surprise no power backup. We had Booked bulk of rooms there and to our surprise, they haven't given us all of them and instead they gave to others.They were truly doing all sorts of frauds. They had their so called in house restaurant but if you ask for only tea also then they will make excuses not to serve. what surprised us more is that they even didn't bothered to serve you drinking water and only make you buy expensive mineral water bottles. Moreover for extra services they take only cash. They will not provide extra bedding even if you had already given them advance notice at the time of booking. In early morning hours,the staff usually forgets to pump water in their tankies leading to water shortage in washrooms too. In all a totally worst hotel to stay and still if you want to stay there then you are at your own risk.
