HOtel di scarsa qualità, bagno con scarichi poco efficienti, mancanza di parcheggio l'hanno fatta da padrone. Colazione ottima, per il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso, visto anche il prezzo di 180 euro che non li vale assolutamente. inoltre nella camera, proprio sopra il letto di mia figlia, c'era un quadro raffigurante una bambina, a dir poco inquetante, quadri simili erano anche nella sala da pranzo. Esperienza completamente negativs

We stayed here during a recent holiday through Shearings. For a 3 star hotel it was much better than I expected, could do with updating but that is just my personal opinion. On arriving I had an issue with my room which was very quickly dealt with and an alternative given which was very impressive. The staff were always helpful and friendly and polite and tried so very hard to understand our English when really it should be the other way round. I wasn't too keen on some of the meals, the continental breakfast was lovely, the starter buffet of salad and other bits was really lovely but the main dishes were not to my taste so I chose to eat out. All in all it was a very pleasant place ro stay. Ideally located as well, near to the beautiful beach, many restaurants and shops. Also an amazing huge market on Fridays. One extra bit, the hotel could do with some form of entertainment, just some music would have been a added bonus x

Although dated and in need of some TLC, we found no problems. Our twin room had super comfy beds but the shower room does need an update. We enjoyed the food, especially as there was a choice of fish almost every evening during our stay, sometimes fish was on offer for both first and second plate! Ideal. The staff were amongst the friendliest I’ve ever come across on my many Shearings holidays. Thank you for a lovely stay in May.

Every surface of the hotel desperately needs to be updated and looks like it hasn't been touched since the 1970. The carpets, bedding, towels were all worn and shabby. The beds were hard as a rock and the a/c barely worked. The only plus is that it is close to the beach. Breakfast was ok, but the 5 course dinner left a lot to be desired. The elevator can barely handle one person plus one bag so pack accordingly. Several of our rooms had bathrooms that had a terrible odor problem.

Sono una docente dell'I.C. di Leinì in provincia di Torino. Abbiamo portato in gita scolastica 35 ragazzi di 13 anni. Voglio ringraziare il personale dell'hotel per la loro squisita accoglienza e disponibilità verso i nostri ragazzi. Sono stati comprensivi rispetto agli orari delle cene . I pasti erano sempre ricchi di proposte per tutte le problematiche mediche e religiose dei nostri allievi.

Sono andata per un weekend con il mio ragazzo ed è stata una bellissima esperienza, personale ottimo e tempestivo nell’aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza, Lugo accogliente e confortevole, le stanze sono davvero belle mi ha colpito molto anche il design dell’ hotel consigliatissimo✨

Non ho trovato posto più bello. Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Camere pulitissime e luminose. Materassi comodi e confortevoli! Anche la mia famiglia si è trovata benissimo… è stato magnifico!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente e consiglio a tutti di andarci , non rimarrete delusi!!!❤️

Un’esperienza davvero unica,la location è situata al centro di Marina di Massa vicino alla spiaggia,professionalità e gentilezza dallo staff e la cucina è stata ottima soprattutto la colazione Esperienza super Consigliatissimo!!!!

Non ho mai provato così tanto comfort…Servizi TOP…persone gentilissime, ospitali, mi sono sentito a casa…tutto pulito e nuovo …bravissimi avete reso la mia vacanza meravigliosa e romantica…STAFF DAVVERO DAVVERO SPECIALIZZATO ❤️❤️❤️
