Beautiful location by the water. This hotel must have been great when it was just built. Now, rooms in particular feel neglected. Great potential with a good lay-out, spacious rooms and a beautiful garden, but could definitely use a renovation.

Good place, nice rooms and clean. There is value for money by staying here. staffs are very good in service especially captain Earshad, Bartender Wilson, and ***ager Joy.. Wishing to stay more days…..

Beautiful property with amazing view and lovely garden but requires huge improvement in ***agement and service. staff is rude; whether at restaurant or at pool or housekeeping even reception. Not value for money. 1. It is not a beach resort exactly as sea is hardly visible even when you have a room on third floor. 2. No direct access to beach; no activities at beach 3. No recreational activities for kids. No indoor games are available 4. Pool is beautiful but not maintained; tiles and glass are broken and that has actually hurt a lot of kids but attender are not kind enough even to get you a first aid box. 5. Bar at pool is being attended by very rude staff who behaves as if serving you for free. 6. Breakfast is good; but with strict timings of upto 10 am. 7. No accommodation for driver 8. Welcome drink is not served; it is placed at entrance for self service. 9. house keeping is pathetic; rooms are not cleaned properly, bed sheets have spots; service to room had taken ages and numerous calls overall better properties are available in vicnity.

This is a very amazing place to spend quality time with your loved ones. Neat & clean rooms especially the sea view ones. Lots of open space where one can take a stroll, good restaurants which serve tasty food & very good staff.

The whole property is good, the views are really great, pool is well lit and decorated. Overall the view of the property is really really good. But, only issue is the staff, thus some stars less .....they are not courteous and make you feel you are asking anything out of blue...we went to place asked for any complimentary upgrades , they said rooms are their but pay for it and get it...we said ok .. considering it was needed....their are complimentary welcome drink, which is not served to you unless you ask for....then they say pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm and suddenly you see a whole block of PPL arnd po from 4 pm for arrangements, so no privacy and they say pool is closed for maintenance from 5 pm - which actually was not and it was given to a pool private party ....so all in all you have lost your pool time ..wherein you also paid extra for room....next they say you will get complimentary cake ..which als you have to remind at restaurant and they as well make you feel as if you have asked for specific out of blue....candle light dinner is really nice....but the lights on trees and str shaped all where shut...so it was literally like have food in dark with mosquito butting all over ....next they will say you get 20% off in dinner and in actual bill it is 10%...on asking they said you must have heard wrong we said 10%only....next day you go to swimming pool and ask them to give the pool benches.. .they will ruudely reply ..we will do it but will take time....on insisting they made arrangement of one chair and wen back to their natural course....this was around 10 am.....the pool which was under so called.maintenance had litter in it...party ties, paper fallen all over and so...then we asked for mat in benches for which they said they don't have....which later I found were lying inside the washroom area...for which they answered they are dirty so we said it is not their.... All in all the experience makes you feel that you pay and get nothing....thus the frustration...and yes it is definitely due to the hotel staff and ***agement...which makes you feel that way... So please ensure when you are going....their is no pool party that nite...else the pool will be kind off blocked from 3 pm onwards for arrangments till 10 or 11 am next morning...which is kind off 90% of your stay time... Staff at reception may tell you something...but get it in writing... Lastly...if you want something in room....please plan to call half he early...as that is their lead time.... Rest the property is really good, if staff is changed...you will enjoy it..

The resort is located admits coconut tree plantation and sea shore. It has a nice pool and awesome green lawn open restaurant (playing live music every night). The breakfast spread is good. The vegetarian food is really nice. The staff is courteous and is quick in their service!! The major issue are the mosquitoes which are primarily because of the coastal road construction. However, I must say that hotel fumigates the entire place 2 times a day!! In all a good family resort and quick gateway from Mumbai!!

Relatively new addition to Da***, but truly an excellent choice. If you want a nice family short stay without worrying about the drunkards who frequent da***. This is the place. The food is excellent and the service way above par. Inspite of a full house the restaurant staff was able to promptly serve us sumptuous jain food. The lawn area is so nice and welcoming that the kids will have a refreshing time and for little ones , the sand pit with play area is a huge plus. Rooms are reasonably sized and a huge bonus are the duplex family rooms.

Stayed one night in 2 rooms with family. One deluxe room with an ocean view and one with City view. Room size is good. The bathroom is clean and big. Food is good and tasty. Breakfast is nice in Coco restaurant. Food varieties are very nice and a lot of items are there for breakfast. The location is good. Very big hotel.
