Hotel Villa Rosa

Siamo stati in questa struttura per passare una giornata relax a ferragosto attirati dalla prossimità di usufruire della piscina. Struttura esteticamente bella, camere nella norma, con mobilio molto datato anni 80, bagno con vasca e tendina per fare la doccia, anche quello fermo a parecchi anni fa (è lo stesso identico visto in una recensione del 2013 in cui si evidenziavano appunto queste pecche). Non c'è cassetta sicurezza (come in un normale 4 stelle) , e il letto matrimoniale è composto da 2 letti associati, con le scomodità del caso. Cena in hotel semplice ma un pochino cara, bevande carissime, sui costi di Capri... La cosa che però ha condizionato la mia recensione è stata proprio la piscina. Aperta al pubblico esterno, senza uso di cuffiette, e quando siamo arrivati per gli ospiti dell'hotel non c'erano più lettini.

Si 4 étoiles est d'avoir un mini bar dans la chambre et une magnifique piscine, alors oui c'est un 4 étoiles. En effet la piscine est grande avec la possibilité pour chacun de trouver de quoi se délasser au soleil ou à l'ombre de magnifiques arbres. Ça s'arrête là. Nous avons eu une chambre sombre et petite malgré qu'elle était conçue pour 3 car il y avait un lit en 90. La salle de bain est petite aussi avec un néon qui vous donne un teint affreux, un miroir tout abîmé par le temps et une baignoire avec un rideau de douche qui aime bien se coller à vous. Au petit dejeuner ça continue. Il restait 3 morceaux de fruits qui n'ont jamais été réapprovisionnės, des oeufs mais pas de coquetiers (dur de manger un oeuf bouillant entre ses doigts), aucune charcuterie, pas de beurre . Un croissant et un petit bout de gâteau par personne est posé généreusement sur votre table comme un cadeau. Pendant tout le temps de mon petit dejeuner ils n'ont rajoutė que des bouteilles d'eau. Tant pis pour ceux qui arrivent plus tard. A part ça la décoration date mais c'est très propre. J'avais oublié : au check in on a oublié de nous dire où etait la salle du petit dejeuner et les us de la piscine. À nous de trouver les informations. Et pour couronner le tout on nous avait prélevé la veille alors que nous avions réservé par booking et que nous devions payer à l'arrivée. Très class pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avions réservé au prix fort. Ce n'était pas une promo.

Ancora una volta peccato! Mi ripeto ma relativamente ad un altro hotel di Martina . Bella struttura, bella piscina , buona location , personale gentilissimo ma è ora di rinnovare le camere , la colazione e i servizi. Un hotel di vent’anni che sembra ne abbia 40 . Delle belle docce moderne , letti nuovi e colazione a buffet e non da pensione miramare non sono un grande sforzo

Perfectly fine for 2/3 days. Limited dining options in very large, usually empty restaurant. Staff very helpful. 20 minute walk to martina Franca old town along main road. Pool is shared with public club and when not closed is busy with lots of school children.

We stayed here for a family wedding which was being held at a nearby location. The hotel is walking distance to the town (20 mins) where there are some lovely little restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a pool in the grounds and provides breakfast. Taxis can be called from reception however please be aware that taxis charge per person and not per car as we do in the uk. The staff were all very helpful and polite and the hotel was very clean.

We used this hotel as we were attending a wedding up the road at villa San Martina. It's a 5 min taxi ride to the Villa if you need to do it and the hotel are happy to arrange this but the pricing is a bit odd, varies and it stacks up if you are back and forwards (in 3 days it was over €100 for us). That said the hotel is convenient for the centre of Maritna Franca (about 20 mins walk) and the old town is absolutely lovely! We were there at the end of July and it was hot so the air con in the room was very welcome!

Buona struttura. Migliorerei sicuramente i cuscini ed il materasso, cosa non trascurabile per la qualità del riposo. Buona la colazione, solo i cornetti erano tutti schiacciati tipo pizza😂

Hotel pulito, personale cortese. Punti forti la posizione vicino al centro di Martina e il parcheggio privato nel piazzale dell’Hotel. Colazione assolutamente insufficiente e non certo degna di un 4 stelle.
