Very well located near the entry of Medina, this is really good when you have large luggage as Street inside Medina is not easy for rollers. Also it is 30 seconds away from a major pickup spot for tour groups.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Before my stay, I emailed the hotel with a specific question and received a clear “yes” in response. Based on that confirmation, I made the booking and spent money on the stay. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had misunderstood my question and that the “yes” they gave me was not actually based on understanding what I had asked. If the hotel was unsure about my question, they should have clarified it before confirming rather than giving me a “yes” and leaving me to find out only after arriving. This was very frustrating and, in my opinion, not an acceptable level of communication or customer service. On the positive side, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location was good. Unfortunately, the poor communication and the way this situation was handled significantly affected my overall experience  I am not satisfied with the service and would expect better communication and accountability from a hotel.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Stayed here with a group of friends as we travelled south.

Excellent location in the old part of town. Walking distance from markets and sites to see. Ismael greeted us with tea and cookies and gave us a map and directions to major sites and best times to visit. He also arranged a driver to bring us to the Riad, a trip to the desert and every staff member courteous and helpful. We went back a few times as we traveled around Morocco. Breakfast was cooked fresh with fruit, pastry, orange juice, jams, coffee and tea. A superlative stay that we cannot recommend highly enough.

Service was excellent, the experience was a true definition of hospitality. Every single detail was covered, room was spot on, service was impeccable. The staff assisted us on everything, giving us advice of where to v visit and what times, helped us to organice the activities we wanted and comparing with people from other hotels, with a better deal. But my favourite part from the stay was the breakfast made by Hamza, who was always there for anything we would need.

Suites were a fraction of what was promised, and the lobby wait was unbearable. Breakfast service was slow and poor quantities. Bad defensive management and intentional cancellations to prevent negative feedbacks.

Very nice room, bath and WC facilities, well furnished. Very quiet at night, good sleep quality. Restaurant dinner very tasty. Breakfast excellent but their take away b'fast on the day of my very early departure was awful, old pancake and cake, a little cheese, no drink or fruit. For that price, they should provide something better. Satellite TV had no signal. WiFi good. There were 15 decorative pillows in the room and I did not know where to put them. Why so many?

Questo Riad ha un'ottima e strategica posizione, a fianco delle tombe Saadiane e la Porta Bab Agnaou. Si raggiunge Jemaa el Fna e la medina in meno di 10 minuti a piedi, ma è molto interessante il quartiere della Kasbah dove è ubicato, meno caotico e più autentico. Il livello è di un ottimo tre stelle, con camere pulite e in ordine, consiglio le camere più grandi altrimenti non c'è molto spazio. Non c'è la piscina, Ma se si gira a Marracash non sia tempo e nemmeno interesse ad utilizzarla, di fronte c'è un Hammam tradizionale di buon livello, e ha due passi vicino alla porta Bab Agnaou ci sono Les Bains de Marrakech, esperienza 5*. Stazione taxi nella via adiacente, così come bar, ristoranti, supermercato, negozi. Nota non da poco, Riad raggiungibile in auto fino di fronte alla porta. Colazione semplice ma ottima e fatta in casa, servita in terrazza nella bella stagione. Possibilità di massaggi e trattamenti, di cui non ho usufruito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
