Riad Belikoss Pool & SPA

Ik kan elke reiziger naar Marrakech ten zeerste aanraden om in deze riad te verblijven! Het ligt op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden en de gastvrijheid in deze riad was geweldig! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was ook fantastisch! Wat betreft de beschimmelde badkamers die je in andere reviews ziet, ik persoonlijk vind dat dit allemaal deel uitmaakt van de esthetiek van de riad. Verder vonden we onze kamer in deze riad prachtig, want het was echt schoon en gezellig!

De riad ligt op een goede locatie, niet lawaaierig en toch dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden van de Medina. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was een beetje mwah en op de dag van vertrek werd er geen ontbijt geserveerd. We vertrokken om 07:15 uur, net als alle woestijntours vanuit Marrakech, maar de Riad voorzag helemaal geen ontbijt, hoewel het bij de boeking was inbegrepen. Verder was alles goed in Riad Belikoss.

I am very impressed how beautiful Riad Belikoss pool and spa. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to go and visit Morocco Marrakech to stay in this riad.  The Staff Heba, Marwah, Mahmod and the one who manage the place was amazing, their service was good and very accommodating to their guests.  They work with honor and dignity and care to their guests.....  I appreciate how they maintained the cleanliness of the room and the place.  The food was great too, air-conditioned room duting the peak summer season, pool was cool to dip into, the lounge was relaxing to stay and watch football. 😊 The place is located to the heart of Riad❤️ evrything are nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from the service to the facilities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel staffs so helpful. Marwa and Ismail are the best. I told them I will be out until late night for camel trip and Ismail help me with pick up me where my guide drop me with bicycle. The location are awesome. Breakfast excellent!

This Riad has traditional décor and lovely atmosphere. Rooftop area was nice. My room was spacious, no problem with hot shower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. In the morning, staff walked with me to the road to catch a taxi.

My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend.
