Grand Villa Sol Apart

On arrival the staff seemed lovely and accommodating but as the holiday progressed they continued to get more and more creepy, they found my friends instagram pages and started messaging them (we can only assume they found our names from our passports) which was a complete invasion of privacy. Charged for everything even toilet rolls we ended up buying ours from the shop down the road, so much cheaper! Rooms were okay but the shower flooded everytime you used it. Entertainment was not family friendly at all thrusting in customers faces and climbing on the tables. Definitely wont be coming back.

We had a quick 5 days here and couldn't ask for more. The hotel is a basic hotel but it's clean and the staff are lovely. We didn't eat in room as wasn't much in there but we found it cheap enough to eat in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Beds was made everyday with fresh towels daily. The staff couldn't do more for you. Freddie the owner is hands on with helping staff nothing is to much trouble They go above and beyond for you. We would definitely stay here again Freddie,ozzy and the rest of staff thank you

We stayed here in June and end of October/November this year. We returned after our June trip because we had the absolute best time at the grand villa sol. It is a nice small and friendly hotel. Hotel is clean, the food is good as are the drinks. And the hotel team well they are just the best. Freddie and his team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time while staying here. You really do come as guests and leave as family. They work endless hours day and nights making sure everyone is having a good holiday and it’s always with a smile too. We can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us. And can’t wait to join them again next summer. So to Freddie and all of the Villa sol team, thank you and see you soon.and hope you enjoy your well earned rest. Fantastic staff, they go above and beyond for you lovely room too , perfect for our family of 4 (with balcony) nice pool, got the sun all day Food was amazing , and hotel was close to the shops Highly recommend staying here, I would definitely come again

Just back from our second visit of the year to the best place, Grand Villa Sol. Me and my friends love it here! The foods amazing the a**osphere is amazing and the staff treat you like family. We cannot thank Freddie and his team enough for always going above and beyond. None stop laughs and good times from start to finish! We also meet the best people every time we stay here (other guests) everyone enjoying their experiences together! We are already planning to return in May, and are counting down the days!

Thank you so much Freddie and all the team we had a lovely holiday. All the staff work so hard to make sure you are happy and always have any think you need. They are always working so hard. We will be back soon. Felt like family. food is lovely too.

Had an amazing 10nights stay the first room was OK so we asked if we could upgrade to a better room expecting to pay Freddie manager refused payment and done it for free which he didn't need to the next room we got was amazing very clean and spacious cleaners were great changed towels and bedding everyday the food was lovely and prices were veery reasonable we ate here every other day the staff were all friendly and helpful Freddie manager sorted us with a wifi box so we had Internet where ever we went even on the boat trip all trips were arranged through Freddie so no need to trawl the many sellers to find a good deal so hassle free the whole team.made you feel welcome and couldn't do enough to ensure your stay was all ypu wanted we had a minor maintained issue one night around 8 30 at night we expected to have this resolved in the morning but no hadn't even finishes my cuppa and the maintance man had arrived from notifying manager to being all fixed was less than 30 minutes they really do go above and beyond for you we will definitely be returning and wish Freddie and team a very busy and susaful summer Rob and Nicky

Firstly the good bits. The room is a really nice size and very clean. Ok thats about it. Had hot water 1 day out of 3. Manager doesn't want to know. He basically calls you a liar. Charge for toilet rolls. Been all over the world and never been charged for toilet rolls before. Meant to be self catering, but only 1 fry pan and 1 saute pan, no microwave or toaster. No ladles, serving spoons or fish slice, or anything like that. Pillows are so hard and thick, they feel like you've got housebricks in a pillow case. Bleeding awful. I would highly recommend YOU DON'T use this hotel. I'll definitely not return.

Me and some of my family have just spent 10 days here can not fault then rooms was cleaned everyday and the staff went above and beyond so helpful will definitely be returning xx
