Very busy with so much food and really enjoyed the kids entertainment

This hotel is disgusting, we arrived on the 29th of April and are here until the 13th of may (if we can’t get early flights home) on the second day we went down for the buffet my little sister age-4 got the chicken nuggets and chips she sat down on the table with her food all happy she takes a bite in the chicken and it’s raw fully raw chicken mixed with half cooked chicken it was disgusting she kept eating until I looked over and saw how raw the nuggets were so I took them of her and went to the kitchen to explain there not cooked and they said “no way they are look yummy” then I said look there not cooked sort it out for other people until people get sick then he said “no speak English” he was laughing joking with his mates it was disgusting and disappointing. The next day she had to stay on bed all day being sick everywhere with a headache! Next day she was ok but still iffy but can I just say as well staff here can be really kind but for the most nasty and inappropriate the only way you can get a sunbeam is if u go down early and put a towel on top it which I did today and they got thrown in pool by staff horrible people if I could I would give it a 0 star review

Beautiful hotel, staff lovely. Entertainment is brilliant, especially handsome Jo and oktay and ozzy. Food is spot on, plenty of choice. Drinks not watered down. Friendly staff. Room service everyday. Bingo every day. Love it it’s mint !!!

We are now back after our amazing 10 day holiday at Julian Club Hotel. This was our 2nd time here and it still didn’t disappoint us… The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you, they all work very long hour shifts and still walk around smiling and making sure everyone is happy. Entertainer Jay and team are amazing, always talking to everyone making you feel so welcome. They work so hard keeping everyone entertained through the day and night. My youngest daughter absolutely loved (Cindy) Ceyda Kayhan who was amazing with the kids. Food was ok, lots to choose from but we personal liked the pool bar food at lunch time. Rooms and hotel was very clean, rooms was changed every day and the housekeeping staff was lovely. We would definitely stay here again as we did really enjoy ourself 😎🏴

this hotel is brilliant, the staff work unbelievably hard to entertain their visitors. the food is great and so is the entertainment!!!! Handsome Jo stood out the most as the best entertainer. The cleaners did a great job maintaining cleanliness of our room!

Food is food, entertainment is good, lots of activities throughout the day Clean rooms. Overall good. Night shows are good have lots of options, dance shows, comedy’s, kids shows and bing. Jay ozzy and Curley do a good job, very enthusiastic though out the whole day

Food and drink was good entertainment good 👍 .... shop really good and cheap all activities are great fun air con in all the rooms wifi aint that great as have to pay to have in your room only free in public areas the entertainment team aka curly top job

Hotel was clean and food was great with a wide variety for all meal times. The staff are friendly and helpful and work very hard. The animation team are fantastic and go over and above the welcome everyone every day always smiling and full of energy. It is busy and noisy so may not be to everyone’s taste but we loved it

Went for a week with my family, had THE best time, a very good variety of drinks n food and was delicious!! Loved the YOLO entertainment team very helpful with anything you needed and interacted with everyone with a positive attitude and made a day by the pool all the more exciting!!!
