Een fantastisch hotel wat voelt als thuiskomen. Alle medewerkers geven je het gevoel van een familie. Gunstige ligging, dicht bij het oude dorp. Uitzicht op zee, wat met alle weersomstandigheden spectaculair is. Echt een hotel waar wij met veel plezier naar terug gaan en dat al voor meer dan tien jaar.

Ongeveer enige hotel in Marbella met vrij zeezicht is iedere keer volop genieten. Grote tuin met veel privacy, goede ligbedden in tuin en bij zwembad. We hadden weer een Red Level geboekt waarmee we toegang kregen tot een lounge met hele dag door food & drinks en een apart zonneterras. Service vd mensen is geweldig, kamers modern en schoon. Komen snel weer terug!

Voor ons was het een heerlijke ervaring in dit mooie hotel. Kamer met zeezicht en op de tuin met de zwembaden. Alle comfort aanwezig, zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en in de verschillende restaurants keuze voor elk wat wils. De cappuccino bar is de beste van gans Marbella. Twee minpuntjes zijn de kleine wastafel in de badkamer en op de tv ontbreken buitenlandse zenders. Bijna alles in het Spaans. Conclusie : aanbevelingswaardig en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hotel Don Pepe is een klassieker in de hotelwereld van Marbella, hotel heeft de laatste jaren zijn kamers vernieuwd en de ruimte van elke kamer iets beter benut, gelukkig is de oude kwaliteit van de ontvangst, de bar en de ontbijtruimte gebleven en zelfs verbeterd, het is heerlijk vertoeven in dit hotel, het mag ook voor deze prijs

Amazing resort in the perfect location! The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for an amazing meal don’t pass up on dinner at ERRE! The flavor combinations and plating are Michelin star quality.

We enjoyed a most fabulously luxurious stay for 7 nights in a sea view red level room which was v well appointed and comfortable. The hotel offers lots of lovely areas to relax, the poolside is idyllic with cabanas and plenty of loungers and the pool guy looked after us at all times. In fact all the staff provided truly excellent service, friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and breakfast the best we have ever experienced. Red level worked well for us, taking lunch and drinks when required and would certainly do this again. We would not hesitate to return here which we hope to do really soon

Our trip to Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá in Marbella, Spain was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. The warm welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay – the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled along the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. Being right in the heart of Marbella meant that we were close to all the action – from the vibrant city center to the stunning beaches and iconic old city. The premium room with a front sea view was pure luxury. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had amazing views of both the sea and the lush gardens. The bathroom had both a soaking tub as well as a shower, all modern, clean, and very fresh. The breakfast at the hotel showcased why this hotel rates as five stars - they had everything from delicious mediterranean dishes to omelettes and eggs Benedict’s served by chefs in front of your eyes. The hotel's facilities were top-notch too. The outdoor pool area was a real highlight, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. A special shoutout to Isabel at customer experience, who arranged balloons and a birthday cake for our son – it was such a thoughtful touch. With its luxurious accommodations, amazing dining options, impeccable facilities, and exceptional service, it truly exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

My stay at Gran Meliá Don Pepe was simply outstanding. The staff's genuine care and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. Every aspect of the service, from the seamless check-in to the impeccable room service, exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself exudes elegance and sophistication, with luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Could not really rate the hotel more highly. We had an excellent 3 nights there and would happily have stayed for far longer. The restaurants that we tried were all excellent - Erre, Cappucino and Bardot, plus the breakfast each day was easily one of the best we’ve had in any hotel. Room was a very good size and hotel as a whole felt very spacious, lots of room around the pool, large restaurants etc which was great and never felt too busy. Facilities are good too - having padel and tennis is great plus nice little gym too. Finally would say the staff are really really good - massively impressed with how attentive they were. Proper 5 star hotel and would certainly return.
