I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I booked two rooms for five days at a cost of 1,200,000 pesos (approximately 1458 dollars), and I feel that the value paid is not reflected in the services and amenities offered. The rooms are notably small, and surprisingly, parking is not included despite it being a 3-star hotel. The value for money was not as expected. Furthermore, facilities like the swimming pool are inadequate for the number of guests; it is too small and lacks enough space to sit comfortably. Another area for improvement is the noise level in the rooms at night, particularly from the fridge, and the design of the bathroom, which is uncomfortable especially in the area of the bidet and shower. I hope this feedback will be useful in improving the experience for future guests. I appreciate the staff's attention, but I believe certain aspects need to be adjusted to justify the price of the stay

Very close to beaches, numerous dining options, lots of shopping, property top-notch, great staff, & fabulous free breakfast! Highly recommend 🙏

I made this trip to take care of some family business. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to pretty much eversión a short taxi drive. Even though the trip was not a vacation, the short distance to shopping and dining was a plus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful, bilingual, very polite and professional. Front desk team was excellent. Breakfast was very good, specially the coffee. I felt like the entire staff knew my situation and the reason for my trip and they totally went out of their way to help.
Denver hotel is an excellent hotel. I would definitely totally recommend it to anyone and definitely would stay there again. I hope this help. Enjoy your stay at hotel Denver.

Me habían dado muy buenas referencias pero superaron ampliamente mi expectativa, la hospitalidad de yodo el perosn y excelente las habitaciones y ni hablar del.dedayuno a la altura de cualquier hotel internacional del mundo, esperamos volver para cuando terminen las remodelacioned que lo harán mejor todavía, gracias por todo

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cómodo, con todo lo que el pasajero necesita para una estadía confortable. Las habitaciones muy prolijas y limpias. La atención de todo el personal es excelente. El desayuno es supremo, en calidad, variedad, cantidad y buen gusto. Seguiremos viniendo.

Estuvimos una semana, tiene una buena cama y una linda ducha, lo mejor, la habitacion superior es media pequeña, el baño muy chico y tuvimos que llamar para que arreglen el bidet, ya que se le salian las canillas y no drenaba bien, cosa que lo hicieron enseguida. El desayuno que es su fuerte en la publicicdad, tiene una persona que sirve la pasteleria, no puede uno tomar lo que quiera, la ubicacion es buena en la zona, lo mejorcito. Pero es caro por lo que brinda.
