Athena Villas by Fine & Country

Om te ontsnappen, maken ze een inventaris op van de plaatsen van uitgang en beloven ze ons overdag onze bankafdruk terug te geven omdat de kaar**achine zogenaamd kapot is (om de afdruk te maken werkte het echter heel goed).. dat is gebeurd. We wachten op een week voor terugbetaling en we worden elke keer weggestuurd! Het is zonde om naar de rechter te moeten gaan om onze borg terug te vinden. Ze weten niet hoe ze het geld moeten innen. Geen reactie van het management, geen reactievermogen, heel erg teleurstellend, we gaan niet terug, dat is duidelijk!

Grote teleurstelling over de achteruitgang van de Athenas-villa's sinds de Covid! Toen we aankwamen, meer cocktails en fruit! het zwembad was niet schoongemaakt! Er is niet langer de optie verwarmd zwembad. Het ontbijt dat eerder bij de service was inbegrepen, is 10 € per persoon voor een paar gebakjes! We gaan naar de bakker van het Super U-complex, wat ons 4 € kost voor 3 personen! Een wasmachine die het niet doet! Een loyaliteit die vanaf 2013 tot op heden is behouden, maar die vandaag stopt! We hebben spijt van onze keuze van deze dag behalve dat we er nog zijn. We hadden Mythic Spring Villas moeten kiezen waarvan het citaat interessanter was en het complex recenter! Evacu! Teleurgesteld door de ontvangst van de verandering in de diensten, de verslechtering van het complex, de ongastvrijheid van de managers, raad ik u ten zeerste aan ergens anders te kijken met een steek in het hart omdat 9 jaar loyaliteit niet wordt erkend of de klant niet langer koning is zoals eerder! Dat vind ik heel jammer! Nog maar een paar dagen en het zal een afscheid zijn van deze plek die ons verwelkomde en onze kinderen zag opgroeien, die we koesterden als ons thuis! Het is met grote spijt en bitterheid dat ik u op de hoogte breng van onze teleurstelling! Goeiedag ! Groetjes ! Ik wens het beste voor jou, je familie en je lieve en tedere harten! First time I went there, it was in 2016, and the villa was wonderful then. Had breakfast in the package but in 2022 , not the case anymore. Heated pool was provided for free but now we have to pay or most of the time it is not even available. Sadly it was my favorite place to go for some time off. I wish it would go back to what it was because with time, this should get better and now worse.

We booked a 3-bedroom villa with heated pool at an additional cost. Checkin: There is no reception at this resort or villa. The security guy sits somewhere that's not visible from the gate. It seems that anyone can pass the automated gate system. There was no one to show us the way. We did not know which villa was allocated to us. Finally, after few minutes a lady came by and told us the way but it was not the correct villa allocated. Another lady told us another villa but again wrong villa. After parking into 4 villas car park, we finally got to the correct one. The lady showed us the main areas, however we were not told how to use the keys and where the towels are. (We discovered that we have additional towels in other rooms when we were checking out) Villa- Villa is decently spacious. One hall, bedroom and sit out near the pool. The master bedroom is very huge but the other two are relatively small, but this wasn't a big issue. Pool was not heated despite requesting for it since 2 weeks. We contacted the reception at 10pm but they said that their staff leaves at 8pm and we will have to wait for the next day. We could not enjoyed our paid service. There was a back door which was not closing. After several attempts, we managed to get it closed. On our arrival, the curtains next to the pool fell on the head of two of my friends. But fortunately they were not hurt. The technician for the pool came the next day but said that there is a defect with the pool itself. For a paid service??? Hall and Bedroom was fine. However the bathroom in the master bedroom was not very private. It has another side which can be visible from the corridor, thus no privacy with other guests. Kitchen utensils worked fine. Check-out was quick and easy. The staffs came way before the check out time to verify the villa. It was quite uneasy as we were in our swimwear. Overall stay was pleasing. Loved the small cosy area with plunge pool and bamboo blinds helped from the winds. Only the heated pool ruined the moment. Will surely recommend it for couples.

Mieux que sur les photos. Petite maison sans aucun vis à vis avec emplacement parking à l’entrée du logement. Piscine agréable avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue. Bonne literie.Gardien 24/24 à l’entrée de la résidence qui assure les lieux.Propriétaire très sympathique.Tres bon rapport qualité prix.
