The manager who checked me in on the afternoon of the 12th was friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to upgrade my room! The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time I am in Manzhouli and continue to be treated like a home away from home! 感谢12号下午为我办理入住的美女经理友善热情，主动为我升级客房！客房内部独具异域风情，有老式俄罗斯的建筑风格，典雅大气不失现代时尚！入住第二天，酒店也赠送了水果，这点也不错！值得改进的是，洗手间淋浴水温需要提高，我已经调至最高，仍不适应。总之，我高度推荐该酒店，希望下次来满洲里依旧能入住，并继续得到宾至如归的服务！

location is good. Near to shops and supermarkets. easy to go to the train station. Staff at hotel friendly and competent.

定的商務標間，前台給免費升級俄式景觀房。 星級酒店，位置在市中心，有歷史有文化。景觀房間裝修考究，房間優雅美觀。智能馬桶蓋，床墊很舒服。 前台在5樓很大很闊氣。前台服務熱情，我説有點冷問哪去買棉服，前台説四月中現在白天不冷了，晚上早回就行，酒店不冷的～ 讓我不必浪費了 5樓多個餐廳，價格可以接受，就餐環境非常好。早餐很好吃，喝的品種很多，中西餐食都有，可能是住客中外都有的原因吧

説句實話，老店雖然訂調比較高，但是硬件軟件是真的差啊，1.電視bug多，電話催了兩遍才來服務員給解決，還弄了大半天。2.滿洲里的冬天浴室沒有熱水，我快崩了，洗冷水澡？3.早餐是我住了這麼多年酒店最差的了，大家可自己看看連快捷的標準都不是，關鍵是服務員也懶散整不明白，都不知道在幹嘛，前台人來回跑，拿個單子對照哪個房間的？我都驚了90年代嗎？

很不錯，俄羅斯企業開的，百年歷史，值得大夥入住，如果有機會來到滿洲里還會再次入住，樓下就是步行街很方便！

房間非常乾淨，房間與衞生間之間的玻璃窗可以霧化，圖2是霧化之後的效果，圖3是明亮之後的狀態，上次見到這種玻璃窗還是在杭州索菲特呢。酒店大堂在5樓，1樓入門處設有服務枱。多説一句，滿洲里是商貿型城市，俄羅斯、蒙古、內地客商來進貨銷貨都會有貴重物品，房間門加個門鏈吧，入住率估計會高很多。
