Hotel the Grand Serene

Room are very bad i was not expecting this kind of room and service. I was thinking that room was good but very disappointed

Room service poor, no cleaning poor, toilet not working properly. No proper management is handling customers properly.

Reception staff is arrogant and irresponsible and even basic services not available in deluxe ac room. Hot water not available even during winters. Geyser controlled by the hotel staff, you can not use it as per your requirement.

Location was good and room was clean but basic amenities are missing. They give water glass only on demand, that too plastic ones. Two chair sin the room were of different type. Tv doesnt show any channel. Bed sheet was gravy stained. For soap and towel, you need to ask several times, you will get it if you are lucky.

Dirty room blankets/ tasteless food room worth 500 to 1000 i have booked 1900

Mosquitoes chipping of wall plaster no hot water on youtube channel was available, smaller sized beds dirty balcony broken shower

the charges are higher as compare to the room. Room service was ok ok. Breakfast was good, need to work on cleanness

Reception staff was untrained and erogant Room was not clean found many blud Stan Bed sheet also AC was not worked, when I ask for Room cleaning thay denied, entire stay was pathetic. I will not recommended this hotel to any one.
