Not great. If u don’t have a choice, then u can stay here. No pool only bar. Staff not that friendly.

Fan was not working. Shower was not proper. Bathroom not maintained. Overall bad experience. Will never consider booking again

Stay was not so happy. It’s a average. Bed cover was dusty. No attender to respond. Bathroom was slippery. At least they should have checked the faucet is working or not. Bath-time experience was very pathetic.

It's a bad service,. Ac not working. Breakfast is very poor quality. No water bottle provided i asked for a room exchange hotel team denied, after many discussions they agreed to shift the room but by time it's 12 o clock midnight. I have ordered some food from the restaurant, prices are more than from the menu card. I asked them the same and they said the price increased. i never preferred it for next time

It is very easy to find location. Breakfast they provided. We got a average level of service. Wifi was not available. Tv remort is not in the working condition.

Hotel is right in the centre of the city, accessible to all. Decent room and amenities. Breakfast was south indian and few items though.

The stay was comfortable and the services were timely. Since this is located in city centre, attractions were at accessible distance. Would recommend to stay here if you’re planning to explore the city. The hotel has a decent spread of breakfast buffet too!

Pretty old beds and bed bugs spotted by my kids. Though they changed to a different room, i come to know that they are aware of this issue and allotted knowingly

Rooms are stinking. Ac is not proper, beds are the worst, in one word i will not suggest this hotel any more, from out side lobby looks very good but rooms are really bad.
