Big room with bath tub and beautiful lake view from our room was the thing which we liked a lot as family with kids. Food was also very good. We would like to come again and stay in the same room.

We were on a short trip. The amenities in the room were perfect. The room had a heater and good blankets. The room was very tidy and views from room were excellent.

It was a good stay hotel staff is very good and helpful keep it up so that more tourist stay over there good parking area as well

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible.

Very poor quality snacks We found hair on food Poor service Poor hygiene ,dust on glasses… Bad experience after waiting for almost one hour we got our food. Only one waiter was there for seving &he was too frustrated. Very poor management.

Excellent in all aspect had a good a comfortable stay. The staff is well mannered and cleanliness maintained in rooms and exteriors. Would recommend this hotel for transit and stay passengers !

The room and the hygiene standards for the room were good and satisfactory. However the food and service standard was abysmal.
