Ik ben een beetje teleurgesteld.
Ik heb ze een e-mail gestuurd over de regeling met betrekking tot het bed, aangezien dit ons jubileumfeest zou moeten zijn. Ze antwoordden terug en bevestigden mijn e-mail en zeiden dat ze de service hadden. Maar bij het inchecken zeiden ze dat ze de kamer nog niet hadden klaargemaakt (dit is al na 15.00 uur) en dat ze gewoon een taart zouden sturen, maar er werd geen taart naar onze kamer gestuurd.
De kamer ruikt beschimmeld en de spoeling in het toilet is niet sterk genoeg om alles weg te spoelen en het duurt lang voor een t****e spoeling (ik moet eerst in bad gaan voordat ik de t****e spoeling doe).
Het zwembad was leuk, maar het zou beter zijn als het water verwarmd is, omdat het erg koud is op de 22e verdieping.
Het ontbijtbuffet is goed en ze hebben een verscheidenheid aan gerechten en ze blijven ze bijvullen.

One of the best hotels in Cebu. The food is scrumptious, the hotel room is clean and the staff are amazing. Parking is also not a problem in this hotel. Kids loved the pool and kids safety is top priority. Balik mi puhon sa BAI hotel mga bai! Salamat!

Very nice hotel in convenient location for quite quick airport access. Pool bar and rooftop bar with live music are definitely worth visiting. Steakhouse and Japanese restaurant are quite nice but a bit too overpriced.

It’s in the center of a few different attraction areas, so it worked well for me personally. Valentine’s Day is a drawback for solo travelers based only on the restaurants. This is because it is busy and with specials for two. I was at the steak restaurant which basically charged the same amount for less food with only a la cart as an option and no modification to get the items offered on the set menu. Regardless, staff at Twilight, Pool, Reception, and Door/Concierge all very helpful and kind. The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean and equipped. The views and seating areas are beautiful. Traffic in Cebu is pretty rough, but I stayed away from the NewTown because of the Valentine’s traffic. A tour guide for the day is suggested since there are so many directions to go. The hotel itself had the best value and amenities for the area.

Pros
Perfect place for relaxation. Recommended for those who like to have staycation wity friends or family. Nice city view with a mountain. Pool and bar in 21st floor is nice. Staffs are very kind and approachable. They have 2 key cards access to rooms. You can leave your things right after check out while waiting for your late flight.
Cons
Mininal only like no hairdryer, limited access to TV channels, lady guard in bag scanning seems impolite to locals than foreign tourist, maybe tired.
Though, overall all good experience. Like to stay again soon.

From the moment we stepped into Bai Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The modern yet inviting atmosphere instantly put us at ease. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.
