It is modern and stylish hotel . I did have a great moment and experience here. The sincere service has made a wonderful memory in here and Manchester. Will come over again .

I booked one of the suites and was given a newly refurbished one which was fabulous.
Comfortable bed, big TVs, Great to have a separate shower as well as a bath
We ate in the restaurant. The bar had a good buzz and the service was spot on.

The room was absolutely freezing even with the heating panel turned to 27 degrees (the maximum).
I changed rooms once with the same result. The hotel moved me to an adjacent room and the heating issue was exactly the same

Considering it was New Year's Eve it was remarkably quiet in our room. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The hotel opened on to the main road which was close to the railway but also served by free buses. We used them to visit several local amenities such as Manchester Museum which was also free. There are lots of good eating places nearby which we preferred to the hotel as the only meal we took there was a disappointing breakfast.

Nice clean room. Spacious. Heating worked. Stayed over new year's so not the quietest but can't blame the hotel for that. Stil, room was very good. The bed was super comfy.
Great location that is walkable to everywhere we needed.
Door pass needed for the lift and to get in at night. Good security!

Good location, lovely staff. Room was in some state of disrepair. Shower handle came off the wall, sink was blocked, and - first world problem, I know- but there are no plugs by the bed for phones. Could do with a refurb.
