This was a weekend city break to celebrate a birthday. A mixed bag for our stay. Great central location. Comfortable bed and for the most part friendly staff. However some attention to detail problems; water damaged ceilings with pealing paint in the dining room and many other examples of wear and tear that makes the place feel unloved. Saturday breakfast service was an absolute shambles. Uncleared tables everywhere. After being seated had to ask for cutlery. No plates at the buffet, no orange juice. Many food items gone before the end of the service. After asking 3 times for coffee, a pot of weak coffee got plonked down, but no cups to drink it out of. So needed a 4th enquiry. I have never before heard so many people complain about how bad a hotel breakfast service was. So we were clearly not the only ones impacted. If breakfast was not already included in our rate I would not have gone back the next day, but as it turns out the Sunday breakfast was the polar opposite. Good food, preset tables with cutlery and cups. Healthy portions and lovely coffee straight away. Would we return? For the price we paid; most unlikely…

A convenient hotel situate close to the China Town. It was mentioned on the Trip. Com booking site that car parking facility was available but it did not say that it was actually a public carpark which was about 300 metres away from the hotel rather than on-site parking. Carrying 3 suitcases in a late evening walking from the carpark to the hotel while it was raining heavily was no fun. The hotel itself was well decorated and the room was clean. Breakfast was good too and so was the service.

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom large and comfortable. Staff friendly and immediately dealt with the TV remote control which was not working. The hotel was rather more sombre than it appeared in the photographs so the price of the room at the discounted rate we paid was acceptable. I'm not sure it would worth the standard published rate, though .but I would recommend it so long as you book early through trip.com

Lovely hotel.central location staff excellent

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was conveniently located. People at the front desk were nice and it did what it was supposed to do to do as a hotel. The hotel is a little dated especially the carpet in the room. The room was a little stuffy and the carpet had some strange markings. Other than that the hotel provided free tea,milk, sugar you know the basics in the room. Pleasant stay overall
