Ik had een Club Double room geboekt. Eerst kreeg ik een kamer (401) die veel kleiner was dan wat ik verwachtte op basis van de foto's. De ramen waren ook veel klein en was er amper uitzicht.
Dat was een beetje teleurstellend maar maakte daar geen problemen van tot ik de wc bril open deed. De wc was blijkbaar niet gekuist. Toen ik dit vermeldde hebben ze me onmiddellijk een nieuwe kamer gegeven. Namelijk nummer 501. Deze kamer was helemaal dezelfde als de kamer die ik had geboekt op basis van de foto's. Veel ruimer, mooier en properder en had uit een mooi uitzicht. De bed was ook heel comfortabel. Heb ook iets gaan drinken op club Braas. De prijzen vielen goed mee. 3 Pound voor een tomatensap en 6 Pound voor een Bailes. Je krijgt bij elke drink een glas water. Plus 6 Pound service kosten die niet verplicht is. Ik heb dat toch betaald.
De personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Great experience! From the moment we stepped through the door into the lobby we were surrounded by art. The architecture of the building is fantastic and the interior decor complements this perfectly. We felt like we had been transported to Gotham City but without Batman. Very well thought out concept and executed perfectly. Plenty of little touches to make the stay perfect.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend. First and foremost, it is absolutely stunning — from its exterior to the reception and restaurant on the sixth floor to the en-suite Club Rooms my friends and I stayed in. I didn’t get a chance to try out the rooftop bar (it was my hen party so my weekend itinerary was packed) but I’ll definitely be back with my fiancé soon. After having a taste of the Hotel Gotham, I truly can’t think of anywhere else we’d stay when visiting Manchester. The staff were so accommodating — from allowing me to drop off my suitcase in the morning to letting my friend check into her room early and add her husband to the booking. Because I was in the city for a special occasion, the staff even left a little gift for me in my room (a handwritten postcard congratulating me on my engagement, as well as some super tasty sweet treats: iced cookies, chocolate-dipped strawberries and macaroons). Breakfast was delicious too and I was genuinely sad to leave, but I’ll definitely be back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay - also found out our room had been upgraded when we arrived!
With a 5-star hotel it’s all about the details and everything was fantastic. Afternoon tea at the Honey restaurant was out of this world, breakfast is fantastic.
If you’re in Manchester and looking for a luxury stay just go, you won’t regret it.

Excellent from start to finish, the hotel is amazing and the staff are the most helpful people ever, the bar is amazing and there's attention to detail in everything, just perfect!

We stayed in an inner sanctum suite to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location was great, close by to everything. The suite had a lovely screen and TV, we went to lunch at six by nico, and then ended up cancelling our dinner reservation to enjoy room service in our suite instead!
The only issue we had was that Netflix kept crashing but that's more an issue with the app! All toiletries were from the White Company and robe & slippers are provided in the cupboard. Alongside an umbrella to use during your stay which comes in handy in rainy Manchester!
