Horrible experience checking
In. They charged my card twice and one of the charges went through taking out 250. Woman from the front
Desk said their system was down did not take my card when they did charge my card . My Room was not comfortable . Was noisy middle of the night and morning.

Our king studio suite was very clean and spacious. The pool was small but clean. My only gripe is that I was unaware of a hefty security deposit prior to check in. I think going forward it would be appropriate to make guests aware of this security deposit prior to check in.

Good hotel 2 bad things were broken hot tub and 1 elevator broke so it made it a little frustrating but overall great stay

It is very unfortunate that parents allow their children to run the halls. About 6 cars were broken into on Saturday night. Glass smashed all over the parking lot. It will be my last time there.

My reservations or canceled without my knowledge. They said they overbooked. I had to drive 25 minutes to another place after searching for an hour for another hotel.

Breakfast was good but the kitchen staff could not keep up,hence empty containers,food and utensils.had to wait for items. Not enough kitchen help??
