Only pool bar working the whole time the bar in the upstairs seating area was a storeroom for crap and had been for a long time by the dust on everything the reception bar was completely empty towel rail was broken shower was rough toilet seat wouldn’t stay up the smell from the drains in the bathroom asked for some coat hangers never turned up asked for towels to be changed cleaner said no do left them on the floor and they had been taken but no clean ones left had to go to reception to ask and we got one so had to ask again the bedding was only changed once in ten days turned out we were in the block over the road that housed the catering staff who by the way were the only good thing about the place the entertainment was just for Turks and Germans we had the same singer on twice who new no English songs at all and the Turks were just left to rearrange the dining areas how they wanted it blocking walkways and smoking in no smoking areas with the staff in fear off stopping them as they were so rude we had one night happened to be the last when they had a kebab on a spit for evening meal from 7 till 9 but the queue at 7 of rude Turks wasn’t even worth joining so went at 8 and it had completely gone but the hairdresser had a massive plate of it definitely would not recommend any English going here you are definitely not catered for

An Unforgettable Stay – Absolute Perfection! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at The Acacia Hotel & Spa, Goa, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawlessly managed. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the overall service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. A major highlight of my stay was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, who were genuinely friendly, polite, and attentive to every detail. I want to give a massive, special shout-out to Ashok—his exceptional kindness, supportive nature, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly elevated my entire holiday experience

This is the 3rd time we have visited the Alessia and this review is in no way reflective of the staff who are brilliant and work so hard. The Alessia appears to be struggling alittle this year, things look tired, holes in the umbrellas around the pool, tiles missing off the walls etc. The beach is alittle further away than it used to be (maybe an extra 10 mins walk) but they do offer a mini bus service at certain times during the day, just dont always bank on it being on time. You no longer get any free drinks (water/coffee) at the beach, there is a bar/restaurant at Linda Beach where you can buy food and drink. In my opinion the beach is not big enough and there are insufficient sunbeds for the amount of people as it is also shared with other hotels, however the beach is lovely with shallow water and hardly any shingle. The hotel cleaners work hard but its clear budgets have been cut, water was replenished daily but we went days without the coffee and cups being topped up. On our previous stays we had iced tea and sparkling water in our room mini bar but none of that this time. Cem and the kitchen team do an amazing job feeding everyone and try their best to offer variety as best they can however it can be alittle repetative. I can recommend a massage up at Linda hotel (sister hotel to Alessia). The entertainment team also try their best and it is so much better than it was however it is still quite boring on an evening in my opinion. The majority of guests were Turkish which we didnt mind but the english are very outnunbered. At feeding times it very much like locusts swarming the buffet, we tended to wait till alittle later when things had calmed down abit. There were lots of management visiting the hotel during our stay and its a real shame that they dont show the hard working staff alittle bit of respect, not once did i hear any of them thank the staff for serving them at their tables etc which I found very rude of them, they wouldnt have jobs if it wasnt for the staff doing all the work in the hotel so a thankyou goes a long way. All in all if you want a small cheap all inclusive then the Alessis is great but dont go there expecting 4* or 5* standards. We stayed at the hotel for a week in June the hotel room was very modern ,but very small balcony . It was air conditioned which was a good . The all inclusive was basic but managed to find something to eat . The entertainment wasn’t very good I feel that the hotel would benefit from more evening entertainment. Also the pool area is not very safe as the tiles around the pool become very slippery we saw a few children and adults slip . One member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us his name was memmet . The beach which you can use is about a 10min walk from the hotel we did use it a few times but had to buy food and drinks from the restaurants there . The hotel was a favourite with Turkish and German guests

Spent 2 weeks at the Alessia Hotel&Spa and would deffo recommend. Great location,about a 7 min walk to the private beach. If you walk through the bazar opposite the hotel you come out on the main road with shops,bars and restaurants. We had a few issues the first day, no beach towels available as they had run out but all issues were promptly dealt with by Kadir the Ops manager. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Cem (head Chef) what an absolutely genuinely lovely man,hes a total credit to the hotel and we aim to keep intouch with him. You may have issues getting a sun bed on the beach on a morning but if you head down there between 1pm and 3pm you will get a bed no problem Mustaffa who looks after things on the beach is a great guy. You can free get water and coffee on the beach. The rooms are lovely, very modern,mini bar where your water is topped up every day plus a large bottle for your kettle. Tea coffee sugar and creamer available in your room. Towels and bedding changed regularly and cleaners do a great job. Theres hair/body wash available in the shower. Good selection of drinks available at the bar between 10am and midnight. You certainly wont starve where the food is concerned. Cem and his team do a fantastic job at meal times with plenty of options and variety. Theres also a lovely lady who not only does fantastic omlettes for breakfast,she also does traditional savoury pancakes on an afternoon. If you miss lunch then you can grab a burger chips or chicken nuggets between 4pm and 5pm If this hotel lacks in anything its probably the atmosphere on an evening. They do put on some entertainment on certain evenings but it can get alittle boring. Overall its fantastic value for money and we would stay here again. The old town/marina is a short car ride away or a 40 min walk down the promenade and is stunning. If you get chance to visit the hotels spa then do so we had a lovely turkish bath massage,facial,salt room sauna etc for only €35pp. Everything in the resort is priced up in euros but you can also pay in TL. The Mangavet waterfall is also worth a visit.

Our holiday at the Allesia and Spa Hotel was special in every way. From the beginning, we felt welcome, especially thanks to the receptionist Mustafa, who was always willing to help and handle everything we needed with a smile. The food at the hotel was excellent. Chef Cem prepared every meal with great care and flavor and he was always very friendly. The food manager Kedir ensured perfect organization and smooth operation of the restaurant. I would like to mention the waiter Mehmet, who was absolutely the best, attentive, quick, and always cheerful, which made every meal even more enjoyable. I'd like to mention mama gozleme and her tastefull traditional Turkish food. The hygiene in the hotel and in the kitchen was at a very high level. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. At the end we were extremely satisfied with our stay and we will surely return. I can highly recommend the Allesia and Spa Hotel to anyone looking for quality service, a friendly staff, and a relaxing experience. Marko with family.

Great vacation. Highly satisfied with everything and we are considering going again next year. Great room with a great view, cleanliness ,new towels every day, the food was great and the food selection too , the staff was very friendly and the chef was also great.

We have been in Alessia hotel and spa for 8 days and we are very satisfied, rooms are really nice and clear, in rooms u can find minibar which is loaded daily, u are going to get a nice comfy shoes and room cleaning every day, in every room is coffee and tea. The personal is very quick, skilled and well mannered, everyone is always smiling and taking care of you. Food is delicious and chefs are very friendly and know how to do their job, especially chef Cem, who is cooking very tasty and behaves very pleasantly. Personal on the reception is very helpful and friendly as well. The beach is clear sometimes there are rocks but it's not that bad, you can find there water and coffee gratis + there is enough space on sunbeds. Surroundings are very nice and u can find there Antic Side with Apollo's temple or many markets where u can buy clothes for cheap. Speciality here is guzelme which is made by lady outside and is very tasty also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for holidays, I'm sure we will come back next year as well.
