Restaurant: Buffet Te klein voor zo een groot hotel. Wachtrijen zijn lang, je staat er 20 minuten in de rij om uiteindelijk bij het eten aan te komen en te zien dat het weer op is, en je weer moet wachten tot het bijgevuld is. Veel hetzelfde eten, maar wel ok Slechte bediening restaurant , je kan 3 keer opnieuw drinken bestellen en ze komen Je geen drinken brengen. als je het dan zelf wilt gaan halen sturen ze je weg want hun bezorgen het. Ondertussen heb je wel je eten op en nog steeds niks te drinken gehad terwijl andere tafels al voor de 3e keer drinken krijgen. Als je toch een keer een beetje geluk hebt en je krijgt toch drinken, krijg je drinken in vieze glazen , hier zaten zwarte spikkels in en we hadden een glas met lippenstift van een ander. Airco s in de eetzaal zitten vol met schimmel of ze zitten los. Als je eronder zit vallen de druppels vanuit de airco zo op je bord,of op je lichaam. Kamers: worden iedere dag schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken. Bedden zijn heel hard, wij hebben een topper gevraagd en kregen deze gelukkig, kinderbedden zijn net beton. Zwembad: Voegen in het zwembad zijn los aan het gaan overal, waardoor je als je in het zwembad zit vaker op een scherp hard stukje trapt. Putje van het zwembad is ook los, dit heeft de lifeguard met kit vastgeplakt onderwater en hier een dikke zware steen op gelegd, niet erg veilig voor de kinderen wat daar duiken...... Plaatsen bij de bedjes zijn schaars, je moet echt om 6 uur opstaan om kans te maken op een ligbedjes, kom je later heb je pech. In het zwembad kom je veel losse haren tegen en sputum wat langs drijft van mensen. Op de grote draken glijbaan mogen kinderen ook niet, je word afgewezen en kan weer terug lopen. Animatie: Animatie in het zwembad is Zumba en waterspellen, met de waterspelen mogen kinderen niet mee doen, onze dochter is 9 maar werd steeds geweigerd. Overdag is er voor de kinderen ook niet veel of steeds het zelfde of tegen extra betaling. De mini disco is echt voor de kleintjes De shows in de avond vallen ook in herhaling en zijn matig.

Prima hotel. Ruime kamers die dagelijks werden schoongemaakt. Leuk zwembad met voldoende bedjes. Strand op loopafstand, 5 minuutjes. Ook hier voldoende bedjes. Eten (buffet) was uitstekend. Veel keus. Minpuntje de liften, veel te weinig voor zo’n groot hotel. En, de animatie vond ik een aanfluiting. Weinig zichtbaar en niet echt vriendelijk. I.v.m. onze kleindochter van 4.5 jaar, zaten we elke avond bij de kinderdisco. Elke avond tenenkrommend.

Fantastic hotel!! Loved every minute. Room big and exceptionally clean. Food fantastic. Spa wow!! Kemal worked his wonders for 5 days and my sciatica and tendinitis is no more. Amazing. Staff friendly. Nice indoor pool. Had no intentions of going anywhere outside the hotel because it was just pure relaxation I needed and that’s exactly what I got. Late night bar man was a lovely happy guy always smiling and a pleasure to meet. Night manager extremely lovely, helpful and a pleasure to chat too. Met lots of lovely people and already looking to book again! Diamond Premium you did yourselves proud ***** weather wasn’t great but I don’t care.

Super hotel, we loved everything about it the staff were friendly and always helpful, there was plenty of choices of food and freshly made, we loved the stuff bread made freshly by the women on the beach, the room we stayed in was big and the bed was very comfortable, the entertainment was very good for a hotel. My wife loved the dance acts. We are definitely going to book next year

Exceeded all our expectations from start to finish 🏩🤩magnificent hotel & friendliest of staff who go above & beyond to help! Comfortable large room ,great food ,couldnt fault any of it .bus stop RIGHT OUTSIDE hotel entrance .highly reccomend 🧿🇹🇷🏩🤩🏖️🍹🎂😻☀️

We stayed for one week as a family of 4 with 2 teenage children and with another family of friends, also parents and teenagers. The most memorable experience was physio therapy and massage treatments delivered by the therapist Kemal. Due to my past sports injuries, I needed very knowledgeable approach and what I experienced exceeded all my expectations. Prior to therapy, I had been waking up in the morning feeling pain and now I wake up feeling joy - after 5 consecutive sessions. I continue training, making significant progress without strain nor pain. It feels so different and exhilarating. There are lots of reasons to return to the hotel: excellent rooms, impeccable cleanliness, friendliness of staff, but most importantly the level of quality of the therapy offered by Kemal. Overall, very good quality: cleanliness is impeccable, service in the restaurant, cafes, bars is excellent. Our needs and wishes were not just met, but anticipated, every morning Favsi brought us coffee as soon as he saw us coming, all waiters in the restaurant in the evening made us feel really valued despite being very busy. Their professionalism is truly commendable. Quality of food offered and cooked in front of us was very high. Reception team demonstrated equally high standards of professionalism. Request to make experience perfect, the management should strongly consider offering: freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, better quality of butter, availability of shampoo, cotton buds in the bathroom and bathrobes in the room.

This was our first time to Turkiye, we just wanted away for a quiet break away from what's been a busy busy year. We booked the hotel knowing that is was slightly out of town so no complaints about location. There were little shuttle busses which took you to Side or Mangovat for €1 every 10 mins. Ideal. Hotel itself was very very clean. We are a British family and have absolutely zero complaints about the staff. They were terrific. Any previous complaints I'd read from British travellers was completely unfounded, so I can only suggest the issue was with their attitude. Not the staff. The hotel is very geared up for German and Russian guests. The majority of the families we seen were German. Not an issue for us. The food was perhaps slightly too eastern European for our taste overall, but there was still plenty to eat just slightly lacking for our 10yr old. However she managed to fill her boots at each meal. For what we paid we really enjoyed our stay. Overall I thought the hotel was very good. An area which I think will be booming in the next 10-15yrs. Plenty going on in Side and other towns. We'd return but probably only if travelling with others. Can't wait to go back to Türkiye though. This was a great introduction.

Having now been home for a week, I now feel i am ready to write my review, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and very clean, it's a shame that the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere as it leaves you confined to the boundaries. Our 2 rooms were very spacious and once again clean. 2 members of staff that stood out was the chamber maids Miriam who was very chatty and friendly although her English was very broken, she cleaned our rooms daily and always provided clean fresh towels. And not forgetting the amazing Hamdullih who works in the hotels restaurant in the morning and then in the pool side restaurant, he was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to cater for out every need, with drinks and i was so impressed when he invited us to his up and coming wedding. Every night we took a walk down to the beach and to see the friendly cats that love nothing more than attention. Water sports are available at the beach for a reasonable price. Now for my bad bits, I found the bed as solid as a rock, even the decorated pillows were solid. The entire hotel is more geared towards German families and we found that staff had extremely limited English with the accepting of one or two. The entertainment on a daily basis was poor and at one point I heared text messages sounds coming through the speakers like the music was being played on a mobile phone or youtube. On our first night we took a walk down to the beach, it was very scary seeing a group of around 5 to 6 blokes reving up a number of motorbikes, we didn't see those again though. I found the reception deck staff all smiles and friendly towards the German customers but when I spoke in English I found there tone and expression change and made me feel not as welcomed.

Okay… we stayed here for a week (literally back this morning) with our family so was 6 of us. We had two rooms next to each other and we were very grateful for that as our kids are older and have autism. Firstly the life guards don’t actually guard the pool they leave it unattended the whole day. When they were there the last day they were looking at the daughters in the pool being creepy whilst we were taking a walk to the beach did not appreciate that and scared our daughters. So food is a bit of a hit and miss and is catered more for the German families which is fair enough as we were the only British family there. We had breakfast then had a late lunch at the outside pool area because it got too busy and is too small for dinner time so we avoided it like the plague. We did the same thing every day and sat around the pool as there was nothing but aqua gym on and on the Wednesday for about 30mins foam party. There is a beach but if you want a chair you have to get there early. The evening entertainment is so poor was again for about 30 mins was boring and no fun at all. Highlights were Miriam the house cleaner who was absolutely lovely cleaned both rooms evrry day with clean towels also. And Hamdullah who works and a waiter at the breakfast area in the pool food area and i think at dinner time (give him a raise) also who took the time to try his very best to talk in English to us and told us he was soon to get married to his girlfriend so i wish you all the best Hamdi. We will not return as its more catered for German families which is sad because we felt like we stuck out like a sore thumb and wasn’t made to feel welcomed
