Right from booking till departure we had Overall Wonderful experience in Renest river county resort. The location is near to private bus stand which is walkable. The Mall road is 15 mins away. The rooms are cozy centrally heated with all weather AC. The breakfast spread was good and staff was keen to serve. Mr A*** from front desk made our reservation and check in smooth. They also has wood fire Pizza in house which was awesome. Will again visit this place .

Prompt and Good room services helpful staff restaurant staff is very nice n helpful mr. Sikander at restaurant is very helpful ***** with his fair n tall helpful restaurant assistant we missed his name wish you all the best in future keep it up.

I would never ever go or recommend to anyone one of the worst experience of my LIFE. We went their with family at around dinner time we started our dinner and left off because food wasn't good but staff or ***agement didn't even bother asking us why we left. After dinner we went to our room but the door lock was not working properly after so ***y attempts I finally ***ag to open but their wear no lights in rooms so we called reception for help. After waiting almost 10 min outaide of room in dark Electrition came and fixed the issue. That is not all the problem continue sink tap came out and water was all over the bathroom.

Wonderful 4 nights stay . Very good service , food and location . Location of room was good with mountain and river view ***** with Balcony .

Keep extra things so that we can take it home and provide sleepers also so that we can wear it in room because the floor is cold and for bathroom use also because the floor is wet sometimes and ya also keep more varieties of food and ya that’s is now it’s your call

One of the best stay you can experience in ***ali, you can stay here without giving any thought and the rest will be taken care of by the staff which is very polite, cooperative and ofcourse well trained. It is wonderful to live among the best hu*** beings you can imagine ❤️

The Hotel is an excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, offered excellent views of the mountain and river. The hotel provided all essential amenities like heater, 24x7 hot water, fabulous breakfast, dinner. The hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Good rooms nice arrangement of on request fire place in the room, lovely view of river and snow capped mountains, food and great service at their in house restaurant, great service at their travel desk for arranging sightseeing around ***ali The whole team at the resort is very helpful and gave us some suggestions and tips for our visit.Lovely hospitality.
