The hotel is near one of the must-do tourist spots (Drach Caves) so in terms of walking distance to the place this hotel is great. Also close to the beach, restaurants and shops, very convenient in the west coast.
Lobby is spacious and cool. There are free drinks at the bar as a welcome gift.
The hotel has a gym, a swimming pool and a massage salon, very well equipped.
Room is spacious and comfortable.
The only shame is the booking site shows only beautiful seaview rooms but my room doesn’t have any view (face the wall of another building).
Overall still a good experience.

Prima hotel voor een tussenstop! Kamer in het achterliggende gebouw gekregen. In orde, enkel geen goede geluidsisolatie. Je hoort zelfs de normale gesprekken bij de buren. Ontbijt- en dinerbuffet zijn top! Alles vers, met bereidingen à la minute, etc.

Alles is geweldig goed verzorgd in dit hotel! Het personeel is super vriendelijk, doet alles om je het naar de zin te maken. Fantastische keuken met zeer gevarieerd eten! We hebben de hele week geen een keer hetzelfde gehad! En dat alles ook nog een keer heel smakelijk! Live cooking elke dag en het plezier straalt af van koks, obers etc. Kamers zijn niet super groot, maar netjes en goede badkamer. Zeer aan te bevelen hotel!

Wat een prachtig en sfeervol hotel. Personeel geeft je warm welkom en altijd een glimlach. Eten is ontzettend goed, zowel diner (buffet voor 14 euro exclusief drank, maar ontzettend goed!) Als ontbijt. Ligging is prachtig, direct aan strand. Helaas door wegwerkzaamheden was uitzicht minder. Maar als dit af is moet het helemaal fantastisch zijn. Parkeren is een ramp, smalle straatjes of gebruik de betaalde parkeerplaats. Wij hadden echter op 400 meter een gratis parkeerplaats gevonden waar je ook nog in de schaduw kon staan. Over de brug bij haven rechts aanhouden.

Het hotel is goed, de kamers schoon, het ontbijt en het diner zijn super. Veel variatie en omelet en vlees kun je ter plaatse laten bereiden. Parkeren in de buurt kan maar is lastig. Er is een kleine parkeergarage. De straat voor het hotel is opengebroken en daar wordt flink gewerkt. Dit geeft de nodige geluidsoverlast en dat wil je tijdens je vakantie juist niet! Kamer zeezicht is mooi maar je kunt beter niet op je balkon zitten vanwege de herrie. Zo jammer, we zijn niet gewaarschuwd anders hadden we dit hotel echt niet geboekt. Op het terras voor het hotel een drankje nemen is dan ook niet aan te raden. Met je koffers is het behoorlijk sjouwen tenzij je rol koffers hebt want het is een behoorlijk eind lopen.

Wonderful, pretty, clean hotel, beautifully located. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The food was really lovely too. I had a birthday during our stay there, which we didn't announce. I took my birthday cards with me and opened them on the day and put them up in the room. We then went out for the day and when we then returned there was an ice bucket with some sparkling wine, glasses and a birthday card. What a wonderful surprise, which must have been brought about by the cleaners who came to clean daily. It is little attentions to details like this from staff who go above and beyond that can elevate your stay from being nice to wonderful. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again with my husband sometime in the future.

Returned home today after long delay at Palma Airport after a storm caused flooding. It did not spoil our excellent holiday in Porto Cristo at the Felip. Our second stay there. All the staff are brilliant. They work hard and the hotel runs smoothly. It may not be fair to name individuals, Sylvan and Mercedes made the restaurant run efficiently and even called by our first names. Pack runs an excellent bar. A really magnificent hotel.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. Location is right on the seafront and moments from a lovely sandy beach. We unexpectedly had a sea view from our room which was great. The room itself was clean, with a large walk in shower and extremely comfortable bed. Extensive and tasty breakfast buffet. The hotel kindly let us use the shower in the spa after we had checked out and been to the beach on our last day - much appreciated given our late flight. Overall a great stay and good value.
