Отличный отдых для семьи с детьми, но скользкая плитка у бассейна, дети падают, с ушибами. Интернет отвратительный. Еда супер. Море через дорогу.

Para empezar he de destacar que es mi hotel favorito de costa desde siempre. La limpieza es excelente y la atencion más de lo mismo. Cabe mencionar que entré con todo incluido y el personal del bar era muy agradable, sobretodo un chico llamado Xavi que es muy simpático! En cuanto a la comida es obvio que no está todo 10/10 pero para mi es el mejor buffet de hotel al que he ido (las pastas del desayuno recien hechas son espectaculares) ademas de tener un sector de plancha y wok en el cual te preparan muchas cosas como tortillas por la mañana, carne, etc. No puedo poner ninguna pega al área del buffet, ademas de tener gente muy simpatica como Mar o Araceli que la verdad que santa paciencia tienen a veces con algunos clientes.
Para acabar agradecer a Alexis su amabilidad y predisposición a ayudar en todo momento!

Voor de 3e keer in dit hotel geweest en voelt voor ons iedere keer weer als thuiskomen. Van ontvangst tot vertrek doet het voltallige personeel er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Kamers zijn sinds enkele jaren netjes gerenoveerd/gemoderniseerd, zwembaden worden prachtig onderhouden en ligbedjes genoeg bij het zwembad (nagenoeg geen last van handdoekje leggen). Zowel bij het ontbijtbuffet, lunch als dinerbuffet méér dan voldoende keuze van diverse vis en vlees gerechten. Kortom, genieten van alles wat Europa splash te bieden heeft!

Wij waren heel ontgoocheld. Leek meer een camping dan een hotel. Heel goedkoop opgebouwd. Kamer heel klein en luidhorig. Balkon boven zwembad veel te klein om op te zitten. Ligstoelen aan het zwembad deels op grijze keien. Eetzaal klein en lijkt op een kantine. Buiten eten kan heel beperkt op binnenkoertje. Mini club was gesloten in augustus 2021. Drankjes in bar 's avonds in bekers meenemen naar de kamer. Dit was absoluut geen 4* hotel. Strand in de buurt overal gravelzand.

THE HOTEL IS WONDERFUL, SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, LARGE AND CLEAN ROOMS, DELICIOUS FOOD, VERY PROFESSIONAL RECEPTION SERVICE (Hello ALEXIS) WE DID NOT MISS ANYTHING,HOTEL LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA, WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE.

I had a good experience at this hotel. I would defiantly come back to this hotel, food was good and friendly staff. I went on October 2023 and I like this hotel that much I am going back to this hotel. I traveled with a coach company called siesta holidays who are a UK coach company and the experience I have had at this hotel was good and even during the journeys were good. We usually come to this hotel in October each year.

Long queues for bar Same food every day in resteraunt. Reception sends you to bed once bar is closed. Slippy floors due to no door in shower. Given a balcony looking out at another dirty hotel (ment to be sea view) Kids pools closed when ment to be open. Charged for bottled water when all inclusive. Rude manager. Entertainment is basic. Couldn’t wait to go home! Avoid!

The hotel itself is located over a two hour transfer for Barcelona airport, so I would definitely recommend flying into Girona instead if visiting. The hotel is modern and the rooms are large and bright. We had a sea facing balcony ( paid for) which was lovely, however you are next to the main road and ***** therefore if you are with younger children you can hear the train, dust bin men, that seem to collect rubbish between 12 and 1am at night and also noisy holiday makers. Maybe opt for a room at the back of the hotel. The pools were excellent although cold. There was a baby pool for up to 5 years and a larger children's pool with larger slides up to about 12 years, although lots of adults also seemed to be having fun on these as well. There is a further deeper pool as well. We had no problem getting a lounger each day. The food was possibly the poorest thing about the hotel. It seemed repetitive with the same soup, spaghetti bol, some meat and pizza and chips every day. It wasn't themed like in others. If I came back I wouldn't come on the all inclusive. The entertainment is pretty poor as well. The surrounding area is full of little gift shops which are nice and the gravelly beach has loungers out each day. You can get a train ride into different areas locally and there is a market on a Tuesday.

Arrived late 29th Oct 2023 left on the 2nd Nov 2023 we were ment to stay till the 5th but it was so bad we ended up paying to leave early, room was small for 4 of us, no air conditioning ( they turned it off) Had to change room due to the the people underneath us were smoking all the time was coming in are room ( ment tobe non smoking rooms) Changed room have a wall to look at! WiFi never worked had to be down stairs! Toilet was broken Plugs were coming out the walls Kids wouldn't eat the food had to buy out ( we were all inclusive ) Only one bar staff on so cueing up all the time! No entertainment for kids only after 10.30pm which was poor. The list goes on.
