Lots of refurbishment since the last time we were here in 2016.
Previously it was good and now it is excellent !
Most important is its location which is near the clock tower entrance.
You dont need to walk far to the mosque unlike Fairmont for eg.

Best location, perfect for those who wants to go to haram.
Elevators are good comfortable. But wifi is a little bit slow, and with some of the stuff in reception I didn’t satisfied

The hotel is located in very close proximity to the haram, and easy access to the mall. The rooms need renovation, as they are dispalying alot of wear and tear, but the beds are very comfortable. The Kabba view from our room was a highlight. The staff across the hotel were helpful, attentive and very professional.
The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and although they are not as huge as some of the other hotels around, the choice of food is spot on and delicious. The terrace dining was beautiful overlooking the haram, highly recommend :)
