Op de receptie na is het fenomenaal. Helaas werken deze receptionisten allemaal tergend inefficiënt.
De rooftopbar en het overige personeel is supervriendelijk.

100% aanbeveling zipagan dave huishoudster heel erg bedankt voor je service en je vraagt altijd of kailangan pa kami mag. Het personeel van het stadstuinhotel is heel erg vriendelijk. . dit is superintelligent personeel van het hotel. En super mooi zwembad .. babalik kami met familie weer jongens ... heel erg bedankt en zeer netheid de kamer altijd .... nogmaals bedankt Zipagan dave ... blij met mijn familie verblijf in je hotel .... nogmaals bedankt jongens ......

Facilities are good. Service only cleaned room if I place clean room tag on the door. Food was ok but overpriced for the quality.

Good room and facilities but wifi is garbage for a 4 star hotel and never works properly. Hotels should be banned from calling themselves 4 star hotels if all they do is make excuses and never fix it 2 star hotels have wifi that works fast but not this one that was disappointing as it’s expensive place

The smell at the lobby is old. You can compare it like an old air conditioned bus. The room is not spacious. The air condition is not working well at first room that was given to us. We tried to call the 1st time then an engineer came , he just click a button then he said it will be fine. Hoursss have passed it did not went well. That’s why we called again and transferred to a new room that the AC is okay. Will not going back, I’ll choose the City Garden Grand next time. But thanks to the front desk and house keeping personnel who found my baby’s squid stuffed toy.

The Hotel itself has very nice Staff and Security. They have a Pool, Jacuzzi at the Rooftop and a Gym and Spa below the Rooftop. The Area around has a lot to offer too, for example in a Range of just 5min Walk is a lot of Fast Food available (McDo, BurgerKing and Jollibee) Even nice Restaurants are just 1 Street away (Filling Station and Cafe Cubana). Everything i asked for got resolved very fast and without any Problem. When i come back to Manila i will definitly visit again

The service, the front desk, and the guards are very pleasant and accommodating, but the check-in and check-out process is kind of long. The amenities are good, but we got an issue with the air conditioning where it produces ice and water in the middle of the night, so it had to be fixed by the engineering department. The staff are quick to help. There is also an issue with the Roku device. It is a device that plugs into the TV so that we can use Netflix, but the Roku and the TV are not compatible, so we are unable to use it. I am still happy that the staff tried their best to help, but these amenities definitely affect our experience. The room is clean, and all the things we need are all there. The room is smaller than I thought, but the view is great. For breakfast, the food variety is enticing; they have different cuisines for you to choose from. It's a buffet type, but the food quality needs improvement; some food is too dry. I enjoyed the pancakes, bread, and salad. Some staff in the dining room are quite unfriendly when you are requesting a particular food that needs to be requested.
