Wifi is not stable, and I had to work while staying there. They did provide solutions, but still not stable connection. I asked for toiletries, but shampoo is not available. I almost want to move to another place if I wasn't busy with work and got a lot of clients that time.

Wifi virtually non-existent as you’ll be disconnected after 1min. Breakfast was decent. Air conditioner is noisy.

Pros- Cosy Comfortable Hotel, easily one of the best in the area.
Cons- Front reception staff in serious need of skills upgrading and courtesy. Completely inflexible and inconsiderate to guests needs and comfort.
One example Booked a room with breakfast for 2....
Refused to serve second breakfast. As one occupant could not make it , hotel cited guest must be present!
And to make matters worse refused to serve a 2nd cup of coffee ( which was allowed) saying I had ordered tea earlier I can only order tea!! When I objected , then was served.
Completely oblivious to guests being welcome.
Shocking.
Only in the Phillipines.!

Nice and clean hotel. What I liked most was the ambiance and the concept itself of the whole hotel.
