酒店就在環球影城外圍。每天早上都有接駁車去環球。最後一班是11:20。下午有環球的接駁車回酒店，最早一班5:25。要去火山灣的話，到了環球要換接駁車去，中間路很長，建議直接酒店叫Uber去火山灣。酒店的早餐比較單一，每天都是統一的香腸，雞蛋，培根等。可以自己做華夫餅。房間還是有點老。性價比還是不錯的。如果要去迪士尼世界的話，打Uber就可以了。

1）酒店客房裡有蟑螂，反覆溝通後才更換了一個房間；2）一個停車費，我用美國信用卡直接付款後，投訴到攜程，居然在我的做了預授權的信用卡又扣款一摸一樣的費用。3）投訴攜程客服，一直在深夜11-12點的時間來電騷擾。請擦亮眼睛，不要上當這家酒店。也請攜程儘快給關於扣款及酒店衞生極差投訴的結果。

Loved the ability to store my luggage before check in, and use the complimentary shuttle to visit Universal Studios during the day. Received complimentary warm cookies and bottled water at check in! Made the start of my stay at Double Tree great!

豐富的酒店工作經驗，客房服務員、前台接待、客房中心文員都很熱情，酒店地理位置也很好，周邊交通便利，方便逛街，房間大小也正好。

因為我們從紐約趕過來，相對之下，房間大多了，設施齊全，有游泳池，到環球影城有班車，但需提前預約，辦理入住的時候服務員也沒有提醒，我們也不知道，第二天去乘坐的時候，才知道需要預約，但時間要到10點多了，我們步行過去大概20多分鐘，還可以一路欣賞風景。前台服務態度一般，衹給低樓層的房子，兩個房間給我們分到兩個樓上，解釋是沒有房間了，這個不可信。再去不會入住這裏了。

Points positifs :
- très bien situé : une grosse quinzaine de minutes à pied des parcs et des outlets et de quoi manger tout autour
- navette pour les parcs ponctuelle
- chambre spacieuse et lits confortables
- rideaux bien occultants
Points négatifs :
- débitent une caution de 250$ sans prévenir au lieu de juste prendre une empreinte de CB
- deux débits tentés sur mon compte « par erreur » de 247 et 447$, rejetés par ma banque qui a suspecté une fraude (heureusement !), résultat compte bloqué à cause de leur « erreur » : aucune excuse ni geste commercial, juste un « je ne comprends pas c’est une erreur », inadmissible
- pas le service d’un 4 étoiles : dans la salle de bain pas de coton-tiges, coton démaquillant, rasoir, etc … rien. Le distributeur de conditionneur est vide à notre arrivée donc pas checké après chaque check-out
- pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue ni meme les fameux cookies vantés
Au final très déçue par ce manque de considération face à leur erreur aux conséquences très graves et par le niveau de service, plutôt de l’ordre d’un 3 étoiles.

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

It a great hotel with easy access to Universal it’s a nice walk. You don’t have to deal with the car traffic getting into or out of the parks. Starbucks is a plus for that morning Java!
