Het hotel heeft al een grote geschiedenis achter zich, maar weet toch pertinent te blijven door de gerenoveerde kamers en faciliteiten. De kamers zijn modern en comfortabel (wel geen airco, dus misschien wel warm in de zomer), het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en er is een rechtstreekse verbinding met de Crucenia Thermen (drie zwembaden met warm, thermaal water). Voor de deur is er een grote openbare parking, waarvoor je via het hotel een aangepaste dagprijs kan betalen. Het hotel ligt op een paar honderd meter afstand van het oude stadsgedeelte, in een erg rustige buurt. Schuin over het hotel ligt het saunacomplex "Bäderhaus" - een must voor saunaliefhebbers.

No air conditioning or even fan in the room, with the heat these day it is quite uncomfortable
People are very nice
Foreign languge not a strong suit
Pool was close just for our very date ! How unfortunate!!!

This hotel is a kind of "Grande Dame" amongst buildings with lots of old world flair. Had a wonderful corner room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was terrible. The woman at the front reception was rude and kept insisting that our reservation was for one adult rather than one adult and two kids. She fought us on it despite proof on reservation. Further, we had to insist on an additional bed since it had one queen, we paid cash for breakfast but wasn’t on the breakfast list and had to insist upon the Wi-Fi code. For the class of hotel this service was unacceptable. Much better places to stay in this town. Would not recommend.

An excellent retreat and oasis. Clean, fresh, air, historical, no need to drive, wonderful food, combined with culture. Leave the phone and all behind, sauna appointments, and enjoy the warm water. Everything you need to do is walkable and quiet. You do not need to bring a bunch of stuff with you. Slippers, robes, towels, shampoos, all provided. Open the windows and enjoy the bells.

This was a fantastic stay with my new husband. The food was great, the room excellent and comfortable, the location calm and very nice. I would just say, make sure to ask about the amenities because they don't necessarily let you know about everything you have access to and you might miss out! For the price, you definitely don't want to miss out.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I think it is good. Clean and good service. And close to the centrum. Next time I will try to have time for Spa also. Very good breakfast and nice rooms. thank you

Place was clean, beautiful and staff was kind. Prices are ok and the location is perfect! The hotel is right next to the thermal baths and saunas and a beautiful park. Perfekt for a wellness recovery.
