Naar mijn bescheiden mening, waarschijnlijk een van de beste luxe resorts ter wereld.
Omdat ik vaak op de Seychellen ben geweest, heb ik veel eerder over dit resort gehoord. Onlangs werd onroerend goed gekocht door het bedrijf Anantara resorts, wat ons bovendien aanmoedigde om meerdere dagen in dit luxe onroerend goed te verblijven.
De locatie van het hotel is een van de beste op de Seychellen - onze villa nr. 21 had een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de hele baai. Het hele concept van dit resort is erop gericht om gasten de best mogelijke ervaring van hun verblijf te bieden - de service is van het hoogste niveau. Onze Quest Relations Manager - Mathew - was geweldig - zo hadden we het krabspeelgoed genoemd - de mascotte die we voor onze kinderen als cadeau van Mathew hadden gekregen!! We noemen hem met een grote, brede glimlach op ons gezicht. Onze gastheer - butler van de Villa genaamd Hana - was een geweldige en zeer behulpzame persoon die al onze wensen en dromen vervulde. Een zeer sterk punt van het resort is het hoofdrestaurant en de uiterst getalenteerde chef-kok - ik heb nog geen persoon on**oet die gerechten uit verschillende volledig traditionele wereldkeukens kan bereiden - Aziatisch / Italiaans / Mediterraan / Indiaas. Het is een plek waar we in de nabije toekomst zeker nog eens terug zullen komen.

It is one of the best places to visit in Seychelles, and it is worth every penny. The staff is astonishing, the food is super amazing, and the location is superb. If you're looking for a unique experience, then you are looking at the right place. Enjoyy your trip.

One of the best hotels ever visited , view from peninsula vila is amazing, food is great , beach is superb, all staff are professionals. We send warmest greetings to Mr. Anton who took care of us for whole stay , unique person , fully professional and top specialist of his duty . . It was incredible staying in this fascinating hotel, the staff were very friendly and kind, very very respectful and they made our stay so comfortable and flexible. I had many special services and they were very welcome. I would also thank Mary who is beautiful customer service, She wasn't hesitant to do anything for us and she worked hard to ensure everything was ok, I am really grateful to her

I would like to thank Ari especially for his endless services, despite his long working hours, he is always very nice and has a smile on his face. It is amazing how he still has full energy to assist the visitors to the hotel. We have never experienced such amazing service anywhere else before. The rest of the staff are also amazing. We will definitely visit the hotel again. You made our visit extremely special and memorable.. thank you team. We also loved the menu.. even when i asked for something outside the menu.. the chief made it possible. Thank you chief :D

We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at Anantara Maia, another Anantara gem! The property really made an impression with its stunning beach views and unique villa offerings. The wine tasting experience with the knowledgeable and passionate sommelier was one of our highlights (I strongly advise to do the wine tasting towards the beginning of the holiday). The spa experience was one of the BEST we had and the setting very relaxing. We would like to thank Ravi who provided us with special attention during our stay. The only negative was that we didn't stay longer.

Fantastic, spacious villas. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Loved flex to have meals in your room or in the restaurant. Our butler Galih was absolutely fantastic and preempted our needs - definitely made the stay extra special. We were in a villa quite close to the beach which was a good to be able to walk down easily.

The stay was wonderful from the start, bring greeted at the arrival by director Anil and Laxman. Laxman looked personally after us for the full stay, exceeding our expectations time and time again. The food was wonderful, the creole dishes quickly became favorites, and the superb chef was ready to prepare anything we wanted, even if it was not on the menu. All the staff were amazing, from the breakfast staff who set us up with wonderful start of the day, the spa staff where we enjoyed both massages and yoga sessions. Tried the gym too, only that has room for improvements. The buggy drivers and beach staff, all were amazing, friendly, casual and helpful. The private villa was amazing, homey feel, wonderful views, great outdoor deck with a pool overlooking the sea. A wonderful place to come home to. In end, Laxman is the one who made all the difference, always ensuring that we had everything we needed, and then some. Big thanks to him for going the extra mile, and to everyone for at Maia for making us feel exceptionally welcome.
