Worst hotel experience ever Hotel facilities, 3 stars Hotel is nice and renovated. Only positive aspect. No reception, no restaurant, 5 rooms so it’s a small hotel Hotel location, 1 star Next to the highway. Combination of small village and industrial area. Quality/price, 2 star We paid €138 via *******. Based on location and hotel standard, I would not expect above €10” Service, 0 star We arrived 845pm. Hotel was closed. Check in instructions mentioned “check in 3-9pm, greeting by host” After calling property owner, we were finally “welcomed” by a yelling owner asking us “what do you want?” and aggressively telling us it’s our duty to read sms instructions (send in French) stating how to have access. Very hostile and unfriendly We decided to go for late dinner in nearby area. When we returned, the 2 owners came again yelling towards us claiming we were trying to treat them as they were not able to charge my credit card. They insulated us, calling us the worst swear words in French. Very hostile. As we had no other alternatives, we decided still to stay. However we can NOT recommend this hotel

Yesterday we book a room for one night end December. We immediately received the Hotel confirmation. Today I've received a mail just stating that our reservation has been cancelled, with no further explanations. I have asked the reason behind such unexpected decision and I have just got a one-line mail just stating that the Hotel will be closed. Apart from the very rude and unpolite tone, this is an unaccepteble attitude and never in the past it happened to me a similar very annoying situation. I recommend any potential gests to take in consideration my experience before booking a room in this structure.

The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open.
