Nice hotel located near waterfall. Room price include s breakfast and dinner. Both are good quality. The room is a little bit humid maybe because its raining all day and near the waterfall.

วิวดีมากพนักงานก็ดีเช่นกันรู้สึกว่าพนักงานเฟรนลี่มากห้องพักก็สวยสะอาดสุดๆมุมถ่ายรูปเยอะด้วยคุ้มค่ากับราคาค่ะ

極度不推薦！無意中在網上刷到這個民宿，甚至為它單獨制定了去湄昂的行程，住了三天兩晚，真的是花錢找罪受……①顏值確實頗高，但跟國內的民宿一樣，最讓人無法接受的就是細節的缺失，整體看還勉強，仔細看裝修細節會讓強迫症崩潰。②最差的就是地段，我承認瀑布看上去挺美，但是真的非常吵。。。。實測有60多分貝的噪音量，而門窗皆為普通門窗而非特別隔音的門窗。③服務比較難評價，店員確實挺有禮貌，但也僅限有禮貌，並不能解決任何實質問題。噪音的情況多次反饋也沒有任何解決辦法。甚至我住的第二個晚上，店員們集體躲到別的地方去休息了，因為真的太吵了。。。（下了一整天雨所以第二晚的瀑布水流比較大）第一晚因為噪音的關係衹睡了兩三個小時，跟店員協商是否可退訂第二晚住宿，店員甚至都沒有跟老闆申請就直接“很有禮貌的”回絕了我，沒有任何感同身受。④房間臨水所以蚊蟲非常多，而店裡並不提供電蚊香或其他裝備，衹提供驅蚊乳液和電蚊拍而已，聊勝於無。⑤房間設施跟五千泰銖每晚的房價完全不匹配，衹有智能電視確實很好用。布草軟但沒什麼質感，支數不高。床墊和枕頭真的好不舒服。而最不舒服的是被子：完全不透氣，感覺不是棉的，甚至不是好品質的纖維。⑥方型設定不合理。店裡一共四間客房，其中兩間共同組成一個兩房一廳套間（一號房和二號房），另外兩間一個是“帶陽台的豪華特大號床房”（三號房），另一間是“河景豪華特大號床房”（四號房），三號房售價比四號房高一些，所以我理所當然的定了三號房，結果三號房是最低樓層的，距離水面衹有幾米而已，那個噪音超出人類承受能力，而且標稱40平米也絕對不夠（就算加上陽台的15平米也不夠）。入住第一晚對噪音有質疑，店員帶我們參觀了一號房並表示可加錢升級（一千泰銖）但衹能一晚，因為第二個晚上一二號套房定出去了。第二晚店員提出可以調整到四號房間不用加錢。但網絡售價顯示四號房間本來就比三號房間便宜一千泰銖。也就是説本身我兩晚三號房調整為一晚一號房和一晚四號房是同樣總價的，但是店員的邏輯裏我就是應該加一千泰銖。我不理解但我尊重。⑦餐飲比較沒語言，作為一個咖啡廳住宿，早飯不是默認自帶咖啡的，衹有下午入住的時候主動給了welcome drink是咖啡，兩人份早飯的飲品竟然衹有半杯橙汁。=＞總之非常踩雷，真心勸慎重，實在喜歡這個風格的話過去喝杯咖啡就行，話説他家咖啡也比較普通，但比清邁主城區貴了50%，大概是環境加成吧。
