早上被水聲噪醒，原來天花漏水，叫了服務員處理，很久也不上來，來到一句抱歉也沒有，一臉傲慢要求我們自行到前枱取另一張房卡，全程黑面小動作，但一見到外國人就熱情起來，直到我們詢問其姓名，才態度緩一下！

雙人間就給一條浴巾兩人用 第二條浴巾要交錢 第二天也沒有新浴巾 門臉太小了

솔광장 나오면 아주 가까워서 이동하기 너무 편합니다
미리 예약하고 가서 10만원대였는데 체크인 후 추가 숙박하려니 금요일이라 그런지 20만원 후반대였어요. 그정도 가격으로 묵을 덴 아니라서 근처로 옮겼어요
난방이 안틀어져서 추워서 왓츠앱으로 문의했는데 답변도 바로 해줘서 로비에 전화걸지 않아도 돼서 편했어요
적당한 가격에 편안하게 지내고 왔습니다!

Ubicado cerca de punto turistico como la puerta del sol pero calle extremadamente ruidosa y no muy buen ambiente
El hotel se ve poco cuidado y cutre. El precio esta muy sobrevalorado.

In center of the city, convenience to enjoy shopping and eating.
Big and clean room. Hotel facility is also good, but should add a glass in the room.

An amazing and modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. Extremely friendly staff, great rooms, the rooftop’s bar has a breathtaking view on the city centre. The location is just outstanding, many bars and cafes around, the metro station Sol is 2 min away. The hotel offers free coffee, fruits and tea downstairs and brings nice breakfast(croissants, muffins and water) to the room early in the morning! One of the best experiences I have ever had😍

Good location near metro and restaurants which also means some noise/drunk people shouting at night until 5am.
Friendly staff helpful with any questions.
Good snacks on the door handle every morning.
Could have used a kettle for boiled water.

Pues la verdad ,superó con creces mis expectativas ,en pleno centro de Madrid,muy económico ,las habitaciones son grandes y están nuevas las instalaciones perfectas,y un detallazo que por las mañanas ,te dejen una bolsa en el pomo de la puerta con algo para picar para el desayuno ,me pareció de 10 y creo que volveré a repetir super recomendable un 10

B&B Hotel gave me an excellent experience! It is located nearby Sol plaza, so it's easy for me to look around the hottest areas. And the room service and cleaning were perfect. The facilities of hotels and room were also good. But hot water didn't come out of the shower head. Additionally, the hotel staff was somewhat unfriendly.
