It is recommended not to eat breakfast compared to the cost. I don't know how old the food is, but they're all ready-made and at that cost you might as well go out and get a cup of coffee.
You'd better make sure it's an underground room. I don't know if it's because it's winter, but it's humid and it doesn't feel good. The TV doesn't work. It's great for the price of just sleeping.

La atención en la entrada es correcta aunque se le pediría más alegría al recepcionista, luego en la salida no había nadie en recepción que me pudiera recoger las llaves y pese se estar llamando etc al final tuve que dejar las llaves en el mostrador sin saber si alguien las recogería

The neighborhood was really nice. The room was okay, wish it was a little cleaner. Overall a nice stay for a short time.

I stayed for one night, since I was taking a connection flight early in the morning. The location is really good, not far from the airport, and accesible with public transport, nice and safe area. Communication before my arrival was not so good, I expected to get a mail with instructions but I didn’t, and didn’t have the access code upon arrival. That was not really a problem though, because when I knocked someone came to open the door (which was also a bit of luck). Staff was friendly. Took the breakfast service for 6.50€ (not 5€ as stated here on the website). The room was nice and very comfy, had air conditioned. I found traces of dirt in the bathroom floor.

I’m fairly certain they double-charged me for the room upon arrival (which I didn’t realize until after). I had already made a payment for the room on ******* and they charged me an additional $72 on arrival, at first I thought maybe it was a deposit that I would get back, but the cost was almost exactly what I originally paid for the room and I didn’t get it back. Breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price we paid for it as well. However, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location was at a midway point between the airport, IFEMA and Madrid Proper, so it was convenient.
