Disappointed Stay at here
I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities during my stay.
[Specific issue 1] the room was not clean, the staff was rude, or the breakfast was subpar.
[Specific Issue 2]: the bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning was not working, or the pool was closed.
[Specific Issue 3]: the hotel was noisy, the parking was limited, or the Wi-Fi was slow.
I understand that things can go wrong from time to time, but I was really expecting more from a hotel of your reputation. I would appreciate if you could take the time to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

the hotel is very nice and new. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, area is close to everything walking and close to metro stop.
However, the rooms are EXTREMLY small. no place to put the suitcases on the floor. only one the bed. no closet, just a small shelves unit. although its a nice hotel, due to the size of the room, i will not be staying there again. also, no mention ot acknolegment to being a platinum member.

Room is uncomfortable. Service not good. Personnel had to work extra giving the number of complaints they got.
The fire alarm didn’t work and it would turn on several times in the day and at night. The issue was there before I arrived and they couldn’t fix it in the 6 days I stayed.
I don’t recommend this hotel. It is well located, but there are many other hotels in the area.

The location was good it has metro stations near and about 15 min walk to gran via, rooms could be a little bigger and the A/c wasn't working or did not cooled
