Officially a 2 star hotel but better than some 3 or 4 star hotels. Clean, quiet and air conditioning. Nice shower, has a mini fridge and the room had sockets for international guests.

I have chosen the hotel for trip with my family. Responsive staff helped us during all our staying there. Hotel offers tasty breakfast! The hotel is located in the city center, pretty close the the train station (Chamartin train station). We could to get sights in the city center easily. Thanks for our hosting!

Nice location that is a close walk to many site seeing areas.
The room was prett dirty when we checked in. There was dirt and dust throughout the room and even some broken glass on the floor under the tables and bed.

It is a depressing environment, but it was super clean. I did not know it was a hostel, thought it was a hotel, I was booking quickly after being refused boarding on my flight due to COVID restrictions. I panicked when I saw the hostel, I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived, but it was non-refundable and quite expensive. I only stayed one night so I dealt with it. But... never again

TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!!! Hemos pasado el fin d semana en familia y la ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno CENTRO a 5 min d la Plaza Mayor a pie. Fuimos a Madrid en el AVE y está literalmente a 10 min. andando dsd la Estación d Atocha o a 2 paradas d Metro q tiene la salida casi al lado d la puerta dl Hostal. Lo d 'Hostal' no lo entiendo xq puede ser perfectamente un Hotel como mínimo d 3 estrellas. La habitación, pasillos, recepción y demás, muy MODERNO con estilo y el baño d la habitación perfecto. El personal q nos ha atendido d 10 sobre 10. Muy amables, explicando todo perfectamente y como a todos nos gusta q nos traten, con un trato cercano y cordial. - Un 10 - Y la próxima vez q vaya a Madrid ya se dónde nos quedaremos. Parece q exagero pero son d esos sitios q vas y t sorprenden, haciendo nuestro viaje más AGRADABLE. MUCHAS GRACIAS 👏👏👏👏

The place is at a great location and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is awesome and includes eggs, sausages, ham, juice, fresh fruit and yogurt. If you don’t include it on the booking it costs 6€.
The rooms are so small but comfortable to sleep.

A place with the basics to spend the night. The room is so small but location is awesome. Within walking distance to Plaza Mayor at Barrio de las Letras. The breakfast is worthy and if you don’t have it included it’s 6€ but it’s not a regular continental bf as it includes juice, fruit, eggs, sausages and great coffee. The staff is so friendly. The only down side is that the area is so noisy at night.

O hotel é muito bem localizado em Madrid, muito próximo de várias atrações turísticas, próximo da Porta do Sol e de excelentes lojas de roupas. O dono do local Sr Jesus nos auxiliou em uma situação complicada onde minha filha esqueceu o celular no táxi que nos levou do aeroporto até o hotel e o mesmo se empenhou bastante para entrar em contato com a empresa de táxi e o próprio motorista e horas depois o celular foi entregue no hotel!
