Staying at the Petit Place Triball is like being at home away from home. This is my third time visiting the hotel with a group of students from the United States and the truth is that it always makes me want to return to the Triball. Its staff is very friendly and always ready to solve or help in any situation, from directions to storing our luggage for a few days. The Front Desk staff is wonderful and always willing with a smile to help with anything. I make a special mention of Pablo, Alicia, Noelia, Marina, Julita and Laura and of course Filli in the dining room, providing us with breakfast for 24 people a day in a quick and pleasant way. Good hotel, great location for tourism. The breakfast is very good, warm food. However, it could be noisy at night because it is very close to the Gran Via.

Rooms were not the most spacious but quite convenient given the surroundings (primark) directly next door). There’s some noise from the street at night (perhaps because of the thin windows?) but it didn’t affect me. Sheets were a little scratchy though. The safe doesn’t work even though it’s meant to be locked with a card (I tried more than one).
Reception were very friendly and check-in and out a breeze. Acceptable for short stays.

Excellent location, near the best stores and places of La Gran Via an central Madrid. Very good breakfast option an good price. We love the place!

We really enjoyed our experience at Petit Palace Triball in Madrid. Can’t beat the location and the staff and accommodation was perfect! Very easy checkin and the room has everything we needed. The room was very clean with some cute added touches. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Thanks for a great stay!

Very close to la Gran Via. Nice facilities, though a coffee machine would be nice since the hotel doesn’t have restaurant facilities. Extremely nice personnel. Alicia was the hostess we dealt mostly with and she was very polite, helpful and eager to serve. She was simply wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
