There was no hot water in the shower. Place looks clean but with heavy humid smell. Towels were not in good condition. Place looks good from the outside and it’s in a nice area but we will not use it again.

We have stayed in other similar properties in the area and this one was not the best. Not bad, but a bit overpriced for what the property delivered.

Property building needs a serious intervention. Dirty rugs, dirty room walls, cracked paint, awful mildew/tobacco smell in our room. Air conditioning out of service.
Poor attention from front desk staff except for handling our bags upon (Thank god) check out.

It looks way more better in the pictures that it is . The a/c didn’t work, it smelled like smoke the whole bedroom

Very convenient location right across from the Recoletos subway entrance and within walking distance to the Cibeles fountain, the busy Gran Via and the beautiful El Retiro Park. The apartment itself is spacious and ours opens up to a view of the street by the beautiful National Library next door. Very friendly and helpful service (they graciously worked w/us to leave our luggages there prior to our visit due to our travel arrangements) and they provided helpful hints on the area. Great stay, great hotel, great service.
