Friendly staffs, smooth free airport pickup. 5 minutes away from the Metro. Dio big grocery store across the street.
Hotel is dated for sure. But acceptable.

Great hotel. Highly recommended to everyone looking for good hotel in Madrid. Staff are friendly and easily approachable. Hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport

The location is near the airport and there is free airport shuttle for you. It is good if you want to stay Madrid for a day and go to other city the next day. Though it is a bit far to the centre, it is still a good hotel.

We were a family of three , we enjoyed the hotel , it was close to the airport there is a free shuttle bus each 30 minutes , from 6 am to 12:30 Am. Very convenient hotel and clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay again

Big and clean room, love the setting and coffee machine. But a continental breakfast only one cup of juice, coffee and bread, painfully little.

Excelente hotel, en el cual hemos pernoctado ya en varias ocasiones, para conexiones de vuelos, un excelente servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto, y un excelente desayuno buffet, habitación grande , comida y luminosa, totalmente recomendable.

離機場很近，15分鐘，比較方便。開往機場的酒店接駁車每1小時一班，到達時在出口對面hotel bus標誌等會兒就有，到酒店跟前台預訂離開時坐幾點的車去機場就行。
位於一個居民區，吃飯、超市都有，李地鐵走路5分鐘，地鐵直達市區。
房間比較小，但是歐洲酒店都這樣。整體性價比很高。

O quarto é grande e limpo … o único problema que eu tive foi na comunicação com relação a Van - tive que pegar um Uber até o hotel . Na volta a van funcionou bem . Deveriam melhorar a comunicação ! Fora isso o hotel é ao lado de uma estação do metrô . Voltaria ( mas precisam melhorar a comunicação com relação ao transfer )

這個酒店看照片就知道，床品和環境很不錯，住了一晚，為了第二天早上的早班機，酒店有免費的機場接駁車，入住的時候和前台預約一下就好。衹是酒店附近荒涼，衹能在酒店餐廳吃晚餐，不過離地鐵口也近，去市區吃飯也ok
