Great Location!!!! Friendly Staff. Large clean room and extra large bathroom. Fabulous shower. Comfortable bed. Definitely would recommend, especially for a family. Our room had a queen bed and a bunk bed.

This is our second time staying here and we love it as much as the first . It’s a beautiful hotel , service is the best and it couldn’t be better located . Will definitely be back to Petit Palace Plaza Mayor !!

Excellent location, near the Plaza Mayor and many attractions just walking distance from there. The place was clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely, I'll stay there again.

The hotel location is excellent if you want to visit and enjoy the Madrid city area. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning in the room.

My memorable experience in Madrid was to a major degree facilitated by my decision to select a good hotel in the historic Plaza Mayor/Puerta del Sol areas. The superbly located Petite Plaza's special features ranging from the bountiful Mediterranean-based breakfast buffet with the superb, automatic espresso machine to the rapid resolution of questions and many needs and great guidance provided always by Jorge and Bea, pl;us the nice room and its comfortable features, made this a truly delightful stay.I thank them and will recommend heartily to my friends.

Excellent location! Very nice hotel close to Plaza Mayor with many restaurants and shops. Shower floor needs treads, very slippery and is hazardous!

Great location. About 5 minute walk from the Sil train and metro stations. About 8 minute walk to the Royals Palace and Cathedral. Easy walk to Parc. Great food options nearby. Rueben was fabulous at reception. He provided good direction s and suggestions. Nice to have breakfast included. Sheryl was wonderful at breakfast. She was very personable and friendly.
